How come all McDonalds can’t seem to manage to maintain their ice cream/Mcflurry machines and keep them running?!?

First time I have been there since the remodel was done. What were you thinking? It’s by far the the worst decoration or theme in a McDonalds. Must of cost a fortune too, since you are also the most expensive McDonalds I have seen too. Now as far as the food goes it wasn’t good either, my $ 4.48 breakfast sandwich was nasty. And yes $ 4,48 was for only a sandwich not a meal. And the dollar menu had nothing on it either.

As another reviewer had mentioned, this location is in a bad neighborhood, and I’ve also been asked for money by someone in the parking lot. This is, in my opinion, the worst McDonald’s in all of Cedar Rapids. My order is wrong more often than correct, and most of the employees seem to not care. There are some nice people who work during the breakfast shift, but that’s it. They have two drive thru lanes, but quite often they use milk crates to block the second one. I actually don’t blame them, because the second lane just seems to confuse the employees, as they constantly mix up orders. I often have to repeat my order two to three times, because the person taking orders is either not listening, or doing something else. If you catch them on a price or order mistake, it sometimes takes 3 employees to figure out how to fix it. Another hassle is the fact that this is supposed to be a 24 hour location, but the night crew routinely turns off the signs to make the restaurant look closed around bar close time. All of my grievances are from using the drive thru, as I’m not about to go inside and deal with the customers.
