Big Daddy’s was the lunch plan for today. I ordered the bratwurst with onions and peppers and waffle fries. The bratwurst was tasty and crisp, the onions and peppers were not over cooked, the fries were well fried and not greasy (though a small portion size). The only downside was the bun. They grilled the bun before placing the dog in, and it falls apart on you. Perhaps steaming the bun would be a better option to help it hold together better. It was also likely help to not over power the flavor of he sag and toppings.
Overall, when I am wanting to veer off of my clean eating plan, I would definitely come back. I love the local vibe and we received great customer service. The place is small and seating is limited to 6 seats, but the service, quality of meat, and value for your money makes it all worth it. Lunch for 3 people cost us $ 20.
