Dollar Tree

One helluva messy store. This store is much larger than the store on the SW side and the clientele is different, but man is this store a mess. I’ve been here ½ a dozen times and it’s just trashed every time I stop in. I don’t come here often, as I’d have to drive across CR to do so, but sometimes they do have different items than the store on the SW side. Dollar Tree is THE PLACE TO GO for mylar balloons. Forget Party City, Flowerama or Hy-​Vee; they charge you an arm and a leg for the balloon, and helium has become such a hot commodity that its price keeps increasing. Not at Dollar Tree though! Balloon + helium is only $ 1 and they have all sorts of styles in stock. Other items worth stocking up on here are greeting cards)$.50/each!), giift bags, wrapping supplies and storage containers; all items I hate to pay more than a few bucks for. Can’t say anything about the staff because I only see two people working at a time when I’m here. There’s usually only one cash register open, so check-​out can take some time depending on the customer in front of you.
