They get their orders fulfilled pretty quickly and are attentive to customers. Clean location.
I always upgrade to a lemonade of course and stand by my craving for the spicy sammich with waffle fries. Good breakfast options too.

Nice new location same service and good food as anything you’d expect from this place.

Customer service has always been great here. But the biggest suggestion I would make bc I have witnessed this every time I have been here, is to get the orders correct. I see so many times the chick FIL a sorry card being handed out for wrong orders or long waits and even had this happen to me as well a few times. I have never seen any customer angry for this, but business wise, it would be wiser not to give away free food all the time when you can prevent such happenings at such a constant rate. Food is consistent as well as quality so no issues there.

My fingers are crossed that the Westside of CR misses their Chick-​Fil-​A so much that the company decides to build a free-​standing restaurant; much like they did on the NE side a couple of years ago. Hopefully the revitalization of the ‘Westside’ mall area has room for one of these.
Anywho, the staff here was always super friendly (I hope those individuals all have jobs now, too) and I always saw the same people working here, so turnover must not have been a huge issue at this location. Yay! From teens to seniors, they employed a wide array of people.
Food was always prepared correctly and I think I’d tried just about everything on the menu. My favorites will always be the chicken sandwich (with Polynesian sauce!), waffles fries, coleslaw and lemonade. Brownies are tasty and so are the breakfast items. I really liked the mini-​cinnamon rolls.
Dining area could be messy at times (⁴⁄₅); lunch time was always slammed and I’m sure staff just couldn’t keep up with the cleaning.
Family and friends had ordered party platters from this location numerous times and they were always devoured.
Does anyone else miss this location as much as me? :) It really turned into a ‘destination’ Chick-​Fil-​A after the mall when down hill, but that didn’t stop me.
Note: Chick-Fil-A’s aren’t open on Sunday’s.

Wish I would have jumped on this bandwagon a long time ago. Chicken sandwiches, salads, even the wrap is sooo good. Fresh and good quality; great lemonade too! Love this place, just wish it was open on Sunday.

I love this place — great food, super-​friendly service. The employees take pride in what they do, and it shows. I just wish the location was more convenient…
…which it will be soon. NE side location opens next week!

This is such a bad location for this place, but then again if it wasn’t for this place westdale mall would have no business at all.
This is a fast food chicken place that has been at this location for years. The food and help has always been good, I think they would do a lot better if they had a chick-​fil-​a location somewhere other then this mall.
