Worst experience. I have been to many different postal stores and didn’t think that there could be a difference when choosing to go to one closer to my house. I was wrong. Even though the employees seemed nice they weren’t very helpful. This is the first place I have been to where they did not pint labels for me which I thought was odd. Not that I’m lazy, I had the addresses already written out in preparation for them to type it out but I guess not. Also while sending my packages they didn’t give me any options or inform me when I should expect them to be delivered. After they tossed my package in the outgoing pile I had to ask when m package would get there. It was a birthday present and would’ve spent the extra money to get it there on time. After informing me that it would not get there in time, I just left it as is because I would rather leave then give them any more of my money after their service. Should’ve went to USPS… when do you ever hear anyone say that.

If you are shipping UPS, make sure that you pay for and print your labels online before coming in to this store. We shipped two boxes and they happily added ten dollars to each package price compared to what we had estimated online. Naturally, the cashier was kind enough to call the one for us, but the conversation consisted of obvious keywords that indicate which answer she expected — and received. The owner didn’t care in the least. We called UPS and were told that they have no control over what franchises charge. Get off the phone.
