The girls that work there currently are extremely helpful and beyond fun. I felt like I was shopping amongst friends. I normally hate to shop but honestly I believe I may have found my new obsession.

Clothes are hung up so high that customers can barely reach them to take them off the rack, this is too much of an inconvenience for me. Poor customer service also. I’ll spend my hard earned money at a store where they’ll actually greet you.

I used to work at this location, and I don’t know at what point things changed but EVERYONE I knew who was amazing suddenly disappeared. Everytime I go in, it seems like all the employees are moping around doing their chores… and then when a customer comes in it’s like we’ve just added to their burden. There’s zero personal attention, nobody to offer opinions or help, nobody to check whether you need something in the fitting room. To top it off, I was charged twice for something I only purchased one of the last time I was in there. Really, really disappointed with you, Torrid.

I don’t know where the heck all the employees that used to work there have gone now all the employees that are there are lazy good for nothing associates… I asked to get a shirt down and these 3 girls seriously looked at each other playing the «not it «game i was like seriously having to start tugging on their shirt hanging on the high shelves to get them to finally have someone do it for me the store is not like before. The employees that where there BEFORE if they saw you with more that 3 shirts in your hand they would start a room for you and everything… NOW with these new «employees» im literally lugging 10 – 15 shirts and bottoms and no one even blinks an eye I’m giving it 2 stars because i love their clothing but with this torrid being the only one in Austin it looks like Im going to become an avid online shopper from now on or until they get some better associates that actually appreciate their customers business

Love the store. Love the clothes and styles. Mostly love the service. The ladies who work there are very friendly, helpfull, and fun.

I love LOVE going to this location inside Lakeline Mall. The ladies there are always friendly and helpful.
