Don’t buy the CD. The CD they sell you (that you hand over a bunch of money for) only allows you to print the low resolution images. The high rez images (the good ones) are only readable by them. They claim they own the rights to the images that you paid for, so they force the customer to come back to them to print the pictures.
DON’T BUY THE CD. Or better yet, just don’t go to Portrait Innovations.

Made appointment for a late morning on a Saturday. We arrived on time and despite being very busy, they promptly got us in the studio (after being offered time to get ready and make background selections.) Our photographer, Sierra, was very helpful in making background selections and worked well with our family in getting a variety of poses. Our kids (3 boys between 8 and 12) responded well.
At the end, we had many great poses. it was hard to select which ones we wanted. Sierra was helpful in getting our package down to our desired price level.
We were very pleased with the poses, the packages, the prices, the people and the prints.
Professional. Prompt. Polite. Pleasant. (I ran out of «p» words, but I recommend.)

I am writing a review of the location in Cedar Park (by target across from lakeline mall).
They are awesome. My daughter is two and my son is 3 months old. The staff is very good at making my kids smile, even the 3 months old.
They try to sell you lots, but as long as you control yourself, you will walk out with lots of pictures, the CD for only $ 76. :-)
