I went to visit my sister in Cedar Park and when I asked about getting a massage, she told me about LaVida. The staff there was so helpful and sweet, and the massage was great! Highly recommended if you’re in need of a relaxing environment with great customer service.

Love Lonn at Lavida! He is awesome and really knows how to make you feel comfortable while he works on your body. I workout regularly and have a desk/​computer job. He works out the tightness and my trouble spots. Lonn also coaches me on stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help my situation. He really cares for his clients. The front staff is always friendly and the rooms are very clean. I recommend it. You’ll be glad you went.

The staff are very welcoming. It’s a very relaxing and calm environment. The massage we not worth going back for, however.

What can I sau? Sometimes life is just stressful and I need a massage. …lol. And when I do I go to Lavida in Cedar Park. The customer service is always great! I usually try to see the same massage therapist, but my schedule doesn’t allow for that. I always go at random and usually see 2 to 3 different therapist. But it doesn’t matter much because they are all so wonderful. From deep tissue to any other massage techniques, I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Just remember to tip your therapist! Lol

The perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I come here twice a month to pamper myself with facials and massages and i always have a good experience. its easy to book, the staff are friendly and welcoming. i like it so much that i joined their benefit program and that saves me money so im happy. Always ask about any specials :)

Amazing place for a great message. Very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is an A+. Will definitely be back again.

Love my time here. Staff is helpful and kind. Massages are always relaxing. My massage with Bill was a full hour but felt way to quick. Time passes too quickly. :-)

Initially upon joining I LOVED LaVida… the front desk staff were very friendly and the masseuse were awesome. Bethany, Marissa and her sister no matter who you had you would walk out relaxed and ready to go tackle the real world. Sadly this is no longer the case… they have all since left and i can only imagine it is due to internal issues. The woman in the front are now rude as can be. I have scheduled 4 massages and upon arriving each time i was told they misbooked the time. So i took 3 months off and decided to go in today for a massage, well guess what, they had me under the wrong name and in addition have told me that my 3 massages that had already been paid for were no longer available… the reason because i didn’t use them!! lol Well I tried to use them but strange i can never get in. My advice head on down to Massage Envy or any other place. There are soooo many options that LaVida just doesn’t live up to its competition. The idea of getting a massage is to relax becoming a member here did the furthest from that. Disappointed, will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also contacting my credit card company.

What a wonderful place! I have had massages at many salons and spas and LaVida Massage in Cedar Park is the best! The spa is clean, modern and very relaxing. Crystal runs the front office and greets you with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome. I’ve had two massages with Bethany and she’s FANTASTIC! Her deep tissue and pressure point massage is the best I’ve had and was the only relief for the next and shoulder pain that’s plagued me for months. The owner was in on my second visit and he was delightful! I am recommending LaVida to all of my friends!

I really enjoyed my experience here, so much I got a membership even though its a bit of distance from my house. The energy in this place is welcoming and the massage I received from Adrian was fantastic. Just what I needed!

The massage was wonderful after a long race. Friendly people and the aromatherapy is a must have. Wished it was 2 hrs! New customers get an hour long massage for $ 39. Well worth the $.

I just started going to get massages there for the past 3 months. I go to a guy named «Long» he is the best I have ever had. He is very knowledgble and straigtens out all the kinks in my back. Nice spa too. They offered free hot towels for the month of Oct. for my session.

I’ve been having their service for about 6 months now. My therapist was Debby and she was awesome. Unfortunately, she is no longer working there. Last time, I had Vi. She is okay but not as good as Debby though. I’ll try other therapist next time. Nothing really I can commenting about this place. Everything is just average. Not so bad and not so good. But, it’s close to my house and my HEB. So, I can always go there and grocery shopping afterwards.

I have had good experiences with more than one of the therapists. I was having lower back issues and my right hip was very tight. Over a two week period Beth, Sue, and Kelly worked miracles. I was able to do a 2 day cross country drive in comfort, and have had no significant issues since then!
