KFC

Have given this location at Bell/​1431 too many chances. Last few visits service slow. Nobody at front counter. Customers before me waiting ½ hr. Chicken bony & greasy. Very sick later that evening. KFC off my fast food list.

I am beginning to think that customer service is now nothing more than a past memory. The girl that waited on me tonight had the personality of a fly swatter. Loud, rude and just nasty. I don’t care what you make an hour or what your personal life is at home… but don’t take it out on your paying customers. I have no patience for bad behavior. With regards to the food… I haven’t ate at a KFC in a long while mainly because of the poor quality of food and bad customer service.
The chicken I had… original /​dark… was greasy but hot. The thighs are just full of grease. And it didn’t really taste like the «original» chicken I use to know. Looks like nothing has changed. I got a giggle because at the drive-​thru there is a manager’s name and number … then there is the KFC Coach — his name and number. Coach for what may I ask?
Recently read an article that KFC was trying to improve their service and food… may I ask when you plan on starting to do that?

I never come to KFC, for one reason. They always mess up my drive-​thru order. I’m so mad to even write this review in its entirety. Hopefully I’ll stop throwing up soon, and I’ll be well enough to finish this review. I ATE A CHUNK OF HAIR, IN MY MASHED POTATOES! Barf that!

Once again went to KFC and they got the order wrong. To top it off, the chicken was cold and not good. And we /​I like KFC. But the last two times that we have been has been disappointing. And when you drop $ 28 for dinner and you get another experience as we did, well Bush’s Chicken is where we need to go.

I was expecting the great tasting juicy original recipe chicken when I got home, what I got was some overcooked flavorless chicken. If I want original recipe again, I’ll go to another location.

Im very sad about this review b/​c I love the food at KFC, BUT this KFC is going down hill fast! Just went there last night and it was a nightmare, We went at 7:30pm so not during a dinner rush or anything. there was one person in front of us in line it effectively took 10 mins for his order to be taken and he only got 2 $ 5 meal boxes! Once it was my turn the girl who took his order walked away to make his order ok ill just stand here and wait no biggie. But i guess she had to go to the rest room to becasue once she was done she walked right by and out to the bath room… no one else says anything to me just standing there waiting… She comes back and says ok what can i get you. i order 1 chicken tender box and 1 $ 5 breast meal extra crispy and add a side of mac and a side of slaw. total was something like 15.43 i gave $ 20 cash… this was a problem as they had no change in the register. without flinching like shes been doing this all day she go’s all i got is $ 4 no coin change here you go and closes the register. Then she go’s to make my order up ok —
there are no Chicken Tenders that will be like 5 mins ok We said ok and sat and waited, once my sons chicken tenders were ready the girl then gos oh we dont have any extra crispy breasts left so i got your original ok … no its not ok i dont want original… oh well it will be 20 mins for a chicken breast! WHAT i said ok how about you give me a few wings they did this and it was ok but not want i ordered !
Sat down to eat no silver ware had to get up and ask for it. ok got it … asked for bbq that was not there had to get up and ask for this… it was horrible.
As we were there eating there was a man who came in after me same thing with the change and he was unable to get a piece of grilled chicken as they were out of that as well!
Both Garbage cans were filled and over flowing, while i was there i observed one of the cooks using the tongs she had in her hand as her personal silverware for a few potato wedges into her mouth.
Then a taller blond employee basically told off who i think was the manager (Rosa) and rosa just walk away like yeah another day in the office oh well.
all in all i will not be going back to this store its falling apart and its the employees faults! Sad i LOVE KFC Chicken and Slaw.

As always, the worst customer service ever.
As i pulled to the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of me. Maybe, the order taker was taking care of the cars ahead of me, so i waited for 8mins til i decided to ask if anyone was available to take my order. The order taker apologized for the wait (maybe, it was one if those days that they were really short handed). She took my order and headed to the window. I waited for another 5mins til it was turn (which was okay bc maybe they were really short handed). As i pulled to the window as it was my turn, i handed my payment. As i received my change, the lady asked me to pulled forward and parked to the front door. She said that their speed of service was so screwed up and by pulling forward will help them catch up. And that they will just bring the food out.
Wth. i wasn’t acknowledged for 8mins as i pulled to the drive thru speaker, that i had to ask if someone was available to take order. then another atleast 5mins til i was able to pay for my order… then, they were more worried about their speed of service than getting my food ready?
And she wanted me to be a part of their speed of service manaipulated cheating process?
I wish, there is a half star here. They dont deserve even 1 star.
Btw, this happened couple of days ago during dinner.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Dirty restaurant with disinterested, uncaring employees. Grabbed a bucket of chicken tonight. …dry and burnt. Last time I ever spend my money there.

Consistent with always being out of chicken! After waiting in line I’m told it will be 16 minutes for chicken unless you want to barter pieces of another kind of chicken. They should be called Kentucky Fried Nothin’.I give them 0 stars! It’s been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting.

Every time I go here they are out of grilled chicken. Chicken is all they do. How can they be consistently out of it?

The chicken breast along with the wings were good. Also the mashed potatoes and gravy and slaw. The staff was very friendly. No complaints, good food at good prices. Will return and would advise others to try them.

It’s KFC. It’s been the same for ages. I love their hot wings. The manager was friendly and didn’t charge my drink because I had to wait for my wings to be ready.
People, get over yourselves. If you don’t like KFC, don’t go there. BTW, love the guy that said he gets stomach problems wvery time he goes there. Here’s an idea genious, dont… go…there!

At least they’re consistent. Service is bad and slow. In the time that I was there for lunch with my family they were able to get two orders wrong. This wouldn’t be so bad except that there were only three orders. Place was recently refurbished but they may want to work on the staff.

Do not eat here.
The food is consistently sub-​par and every time I eat there my stomach is severely distressed. I’m not someone who eats something with a little bit of grease and is on the toilet for hours, quite the opposite. But there is something about this place in particular that just makes me and everyone I know who has eaten there sick.
The staff is consitently rude or incompetent, and I’ve only left there once or twice happy with their service.

First of all I gotta laugh at the dude that rated KFC at 4 or 5 stars because he was happy with «the quality» of the food. Dude, this is KFC. Not your grandma Lucinda’s home made fried chicken. You don’t rate KFC based on food quality.
The last 3 times I have been to this specific location (Cedar Park TX), they have «been out of chicken.»
HOW THE HELL DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN IF THATS WHAT YOUR PRODUCT IS? Its like Discount Tire running out of tires. THATS WHAT YOU SELL. Each of the last 3 times we have been there, the overpaid and underworked teenagers that run this place somehow allow the chicken to run out.
They’ve said they have the crispy or the grilled chicken, but no original recipe. Guess what Einstein, ORIGINAL RECIPE IS YOUR BEST SELLER. Make more of it! No one wants extra crispy or the grilled crap. You can tell by the ungodly amounts of unsold, cooling, coagulating chicken in the back. If they want to eat a healthy type meal, THEY’LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is chicken deep fried in oil. Not a salad. No one wants your dry grilled sandpaper.
Once they even told us they actually ran out of chicken entirely. I find this highly laughable because this specific restaurant is nestled right in front of an HEB (a Texas based grocery store) and a Wal-​Mart Supercenter. If you run out of chicken, WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT AND BUY MORE.
The last time I went there (last night 6−17−14) it was about 8PM. A little later than dinner time, but still «prime time.» Running out of your best seller is one of the dumbest things you could ever allow to happen. The guy behind the counter casually slips in to his «welcome to KFC» spiel that they are out of Original Recipe. As we’re walking out the guy says «Its not my fault. its the cooks fault!» Actually, jackass, it’s all of your collective faults. If you notice you’re down to less than 10 pieces of whatever you’re selling, tell the dumbasses in the back to make more.
This is by far the worst run KFC I have ever been to. Although, as that one guy mentioned, the food is «top notch.» lulz.

Unfriendly staff and bad food I’m not sure what else to say. My daughter got food poisoning there. I’m so glad that I changed my mind to not eat there with her at the last moment. I wish that she would have joined me I really hated seeing her sick like that. This company seems to have really gone downhill in the past few years. This location did a recent remodel which looks really great. But they’re not backing it up with great food and awesome service.

I guess the only people leaving reviews are the disgruntled. I searched for a KFC on my maps app and found this one. Read the reviews and all being horrible I decided to investigate. From my experience it’s was modern, clean at first account. I went inside and I got my food way faster than I was expecting. Ordered the 8 piece original with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with the biscuits. Getting home I tried a bite of everything first. I even spared drowning my chicken in hot sauce like I usually do just to see the quality. The skin was as deathly addicting as always and the meat was juicy. It’s not a 3 Michelin star restaurant and I have had the occasionally dry price of chicken. I just don’t think it’s fair to turn ppl away from this business because once every 5 or 6 years something went wrong. Were humans we mess up. Guys go check for yourself cause what got today was pretty damn good.

I went yesterday and sat in line FOREVER even though there is only one car in front of me. When I finally got up to the drive through, the guy says they are out of chicken and there will be a 15 min. wait.
Really? No apology or incentive to come back again. POOR SERVICE.

Where is the ZERO Stars!
Last time I went to this KFC, back in 2000, my wife noticed a foul smell from our order of chicken. Unfortunately this was after I had already eaten! My wife took the chicken back to this KFC in Cedar Park and got her money back. The manager agreed that the chicken was bad! But that didn’t help me! I fell very sick! I ended up in the emergency room with an extreme case of food poisoning! Doctors couldn’t believe that chicken cooked at such high temperature could make me sick, but it did! I had to pay $ 700+ for the ER visit! I forwarded the bill back to KFC and they paid the entire ER bill.
Never again!
I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS KFC AGAIN!

I had not had KFC in years. Tonight we were running late going home and I was in the mood for KFC. Sadly, lousy flavor. They got the order wrong and I did not know it for an hour since I live 45 minutes from Cedar Park.
