David Wiebe did an incredible job throughout the whole process. He took his time showing us multiple properties that fit our desires and our budget. David was extremely patient and attentive. He not only helped us find a house, he helped us get it by way of ensuring we were in the right hands, had the right guidance and even when I opted to use Lennar’s lender, his lender was still available to check rates for me etc so that when it came to locking my rate in, I used their numbers to lock in with UAMC! He knows the market, is professional and most definitely went above and beyond to cover part of our closing costs when he heard what we had gone through with the builder we had used to to build our dream home. That deal never went through and look how we bounced back! New home we love, no fraudulent appraisal, and way better location!!! All thanks to Dave!
