Absolutely the worst customer service ever with CB Hardware! Someone named Tom called me yesterday to schedule an apt. to change out our lock, since they didn’t have the right finish the day before when they came out to fix it. He initially wanted to meet at 8:30 am but I told him that 8am would be better as my son has preschool at 9am. He said that he was sure that 8am would be fine and would let me know if that time didn’t work for his guys. I arrange to have my Mom come over and meet them at 8am so I can go to work and they don’t show up until 8:45am!
I called to see if they were still coming and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone basically called me a liar by telling me that no one would have ever told me 8am! He was so unprofessional and should not be talking to customers at all. I told him that he was horrible at customer service and he said «He heard that before,» like he was proud of it or something. I called back and reported what happened to a manager there and he assured me that they would be there as soon as possible and apologized for his rude employee.
So, they finally get there and STILL don’t have the right lock! Meanwhile, my Mom has to leave to go take my son to preschool. So the guy is now driving all the way back over to their office on Cypress Creek to get the right lock and now my Mom has to go back over there and meet him again. Why would they not bring the right hardware in the first place, as this was the only reason for them coming today??! They were just there yesterday and should have known what they needed for switch? What a great way to start a Friday morning with these guys! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! Would never use them if they weren’t contracted through my home builder!

I’d never heard of this shop until I was shopping for a Big Green Egg. I experienced such great customer service with Chuck and the team at CB Hardware. They were quick to answer all of my questions regarding the product and super easy to work with on pick up. I would recommend this company for your Big Green Egg purchases and your Yeti coolers.
