Angie’s Barber Shop

Great haircuts and fantastic staff. They always remember who I am and what cut I have been getting. I will continue to go to Angie’s for my haircuts.

We trust everyone here with my son’s hair (rare!). Never a long wait despite all the customers waiting but always a good cut. We’ve asked for different styles and have been happy every time! Thank you for great service!

I got a haircut from this place yesterday and so I had a day to think about my experience there.
The stylist who cut my hair was friendly and made me feel welcome. The haircut I received was just what I was looking for.
My con’s about this place concerned a few things that I hope they can correct because they are easy to correct. One was that I was never asked about how long I wanted my sideburns or how I wanted the back of my hair shaped. These are things I get asked from any other barber shop I have ever gone to. Either square or rounded. But again minor things. So if these are important to you, please make sure you tell them what you want. Also they didn’t offer to put any gel or conditioners in my hair once she was done. This would have been a nice touch and goes a long way.
My biggest gripe had to do with them not taking credit cards or debit cards. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as I had to run to my nearest bank ATM to get money to pay for my bill at the end. Wish they would have let me know before I sat down or stated it on their website.

This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I came here on Thursday to get his hair fixed from the horrible mishap the did at Hairstation. He was able to be seen immediately and barely had to say much of anything! The lovely lady went right to work and from the look on her face she could tell they did a real number on his hair. It’s so great to find a new barber for my husband since his moved to the valley. We will definitely be back every two weeks from now on!!!

Just went for another haircut this morning, excellent as always. What’s with the «reviews filtering»? From what I’ve read of the filtered reviews, they appear to be genuine posts by customers.
Anyways, Angie’s Barbershop is still the best place in a 100 mile radius of Austin to get a bald shaved fade. Wait or no wait, I’ll continue going.
Keep up the great cuts Angie, I’ll keep coming by every two weeks as usual! :)

My husband went to Angie’s Barbershop and came home looking GOOD! He said it was the best experience he has had at a barbershop. Angie was warm and welcoming and did a fantastic job! He was more than pleased.
If you’re in the Cedar Park area or even Northwest Austin — it’s is the place to go!

What can I say… Angie has been cutting my hair for a long time and I was very sad when she called and told me that the shop shewas working at was closed. I told her that she should open her own shop and she was a little scared at the thought but in just a few months Angie had found a place and jumped through all the City of Cedar Park hoops… Now we have a GREAT place to get a Great haircut in Cedar Park. Angie is very friendly and professional and the shop is outstanding. It reminds me of the old shop that I went to when I was a kid. So just stop by and see Angie. I can promise you will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Angie’s Barber Shop. I have been getting my haircut by Angie for the past 5 yrs or so. I have never had a bad haircut from her. After her former employer closed I was not able to find another barber/​stylist who could cut my hair the way I want it. Angie does. I’m so glad she opened her own shop. As far as I know, it is the only true «Barber Shop» in Cedar Park. You get that hometown barber shop feel as soon as you walk in the door, instead of that chain salon feel where they cut your hair and ship you out as quickly as they can. Her prices are comparable with any salon in the area as well. Angie is a true professional barber and she becomes your friend the minute you sit in her chair.

It always seems to amaze me how unprofessional and ignorant people can act/​comment when they are not informed. It makes you wonder if Ed S. is competition… intimidated competiton for that matter.
For all those that know Angie and are loyal to her, Angie’s will be opened soon. She was not handed a shop that was preexisting in every way. She is working hard to personalize her business so that we as her loyal clients will be comfortable and happy. You know, Angie. It’s all about us. In return, Angie’s Barber Shop will be successful and honest. I will refer all of my family and friends to her to help her in every way that I can. We are all hanging in there and ready to patronize her shop. My kiddos and hubby love Angie and have not had anyone else cut their hair since June.
Congratulations Angie and if I know you… you have ignored and forgiven all of the tacky haters.

Like Dan mentions, I too have been a long time customer and looking forward to going to Angie’s new barber shop when it opens. I highly recommend her shop.

I’ve been going to Angie since she first started working at Barber Cuts. One day I walked in and found that everyone in that shop had left. I have always recieved great customer service from her, as well as a great haircut. She was always there and very professional. To say the least, I was upset that she was gone. When you lose a barber, its like losing a doctor or a mechanic. When I as able to contact her, she informed me that she would be opening her own barber shop at the end of October. It is in a convenient location just right down the road from where she was previously working. I found the information quite comical, really. Either way, I’m happy that I can get a great haircut again and even grab some great Mexican food, because she is located right next to Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant. I would highly recommend going to her shop when she opens. She’s never let me down.
