I am autistic like that poor boy. This is offensive to me. Manager David, I’m calling you out. I suggest you learn about autism. You need to find a heart. A lot of us struggle to even hold a stable job or live on our own. What you did was unacceptable. I call on you to RESPOND to this review.

Shame on you for asking a special needs child to leave. I could understand if he was potentially dangerous to other patrons, but licking the top to a hot sauce bottle? Seriously? I’ve seen children without disabilities act far worse and never asked to leave.

The food is good here but I must say that what they stand for is not. A special needs boy was asked to leave because he was licking a sauce bottle. A few customers were complaining about him doing that so he had to leave. The customer«is always right» ain’t going to cut it. The customer is not always right. We know the customer is not right but you have to say yes because you don’t want to lose a customer. It’s okay to tell the customer is wrong because you are still going to make money off of other guests. Its possible to be profitable while still loosing customers.

This place apparently changed since then… smh firstly I have to say our waiter and his sister was so sweet and kind and did everything they could to satisfy us. But here it goes … We ordered our food and appetizer and drinks we ordered a gator punch to share and that’s where shit hit the fan … They brought us the big size gator punch ten minutes later this other girl came and said she is going to have to remove then punch because they realized they gave us the big one and we was like um ok so they brought us a small one with 3 straws ok great … Well as we are drinking and enjoying this punch waiter comes and says since my dad ordered a beer he is going to have to take a straw away we looked and laughed but he wasn’t joking and well what do we say to that? So he takes it away… ok then food comes out they messed up mine on my soup do they took it back to switch it out but never came back oh and that beer never arrived either so at the end I wasn’t fed and my dad never got his drink and couldn’t drink out of our punch because they took away straw. Unbelievable is all that was I could believe it oh then that not where it ends then they messed up on our ticket and charged us the big gator punch para cagarla! Just terrible it’s a shame I loved razzoos but I cannot come here to this kind of diservice…

Manager David is horrible. Customer service is a foreign word at this location. You would think management would resolve the issues and make your stay better. Instead, the manager gave away our table and caused a scene in front of other patrons. When my fiancé asked to speak to him off to the side, he went and got the police officer on duty. We were told we would not be served. Avoid this location like the plague. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The food is ok, not really my style of food. I have mostly only come here to drink. They have pretty watered down alcoholic drinks.

My favorite restaurant! I get the seafood platter and it’s enough food for my family of three!

Worst razzoos ever I would not recommend to anyone. They have HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. Management basically told me I was a liar when they didn’t put me on my sandwich.

Very racist place. Service is terrible and if you complain the cops will be called instead of getting you what you ordered. Save yourself a headache and go to pappas…

I was hesitant to come here after reading the negative comments regarding the levels of service. Let me say that our experience(while only 1 in many) was almost perfect. We were greeted at the door by the hostess who quickly seated us. Our waitress was prompt, polite, and to the point(I dont like when wait staff hovers while I’m eating). My wife and I had the stuffed fish, which was on the money. My gumbo and the fried pickles came out quickly. My wife and I’s bar drinks also came out as ordered and in the span of time expected. The only downside was a mix up in one of the kids order. They brought out chicken versus the corn dog ordered. Boy they fixed it quick and I do mean expedited. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. I reckon we will be back!

I traveled here after my sisters graduation. The waiter called security and said that they could not serve us. Highly disappointed and I will be calling corporate!

Food is ok most of the time but service is always lacking. Today we were sat at a table outside and the waitress walked past us twice without even greeting us. Smoking table left the gated area to stand right next to us to smoke! If you want a place that is slow with mediocre food where most of the patriots get stupid drink then try this place by all means! You won’t be disappointed! Hostess staff had no clue as to why we expected to be waited on! I guess because they are on the square they don’t need to make customers happy! Big fail!

Had a wonderful dinner with my family after my daughters kindergarten graduation. The waiter was very attentive and me and my family can sometimes be very demanding and straight forward and he handled us very well. The food was great we ordered the jaws platter it said feeds four regular people and it was four adults and a child we had two to go boxes full of food when we where finished. It was very large portions which we loved felt like I really got my money’s worth… I frequently come for happy hour as well it’s the best half price apps can’t go wrong with that. Drinks are very tasty keep it up and I’ll continue to return and leave satisfied

This is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Cedar Hill! This was our first time and Eric F. was our waiter. He was very nice and helped us pick out what to order and even brought us a sample of the gator.(yummy!) I ordered the Rat Toes and Seafood Combo. I hadn’t had much seafood before, so this was a tasty adventure! Everything was perfect and delicious. We will definitely return for more!

Not the best staff at this Razzoo’s! They’re all very young and constantly are joking around with one another or on their phones in the back. The restaurant itself has no dip in food quality, however the environment is lacking for sure. While it’s the closest location to me in DFW, I prefer Plano instead.

This place is delish! I love the seafood platter, fondue dip, crawfish, oysters, wings, & much more. Food is great but usually there is a wait and it gets busy on the weekends. If you want to come when there’s not a wait I would recommend the weekdays. They also have happy hour.

The last three times I’ve been to Razzoo’s have been plain awful experiences. Let me preface this by saying that the waitstaff is awesome, but the management team can kick rocks. All of this mayhem and foolishness started with the easiest order in the world. An order of rat toes and the lunch combo of salad and gumbo. Easy right? WRONG! I get my salad and it is not a Caesar. No biggie. The salad didn’t have iceberg so I’m cool. I eat the salad and try a cracker and seriously, the crackers were stale. NOPE. I just put those to the side and eat my salad and move on to my gumbo. Now mind you that I’m giving this gumbo side-eye the whole time because the roux is darker than me and I’m African American. Okay, so I’m like, well maybe it has blackening season? *gasp* Also, the texture is really thick. So I’m all like maybe they used too much fille? *hope* I’m stretching right. Mind you, this is the first time in my life I’ve ordered gumbo in a restaurant due to concern about people’s roux. I be durn if my fear wasn’t correct. That roux was burned all to hell and back. Even worse, because they planned to sell that dreck for the rest of the day, they had no plans of pulling it. My awesome waitress offered to swap out my lunch option and to make things easier I chose an item of the same price. I offered to just pay for the salad separately so I could just go back to work, but the waitress did not want me to leave with a disappointing experience. That is real customer service. But oh no, here comes the brilliant manager. I have no idea what her name is and I honestly don’t care. She actually wanted me to pay extra for a salad instead of just swapping out the meal for another one. She was obsessed with me paying an extra funky $ 4! As you can imagine, at this point it was the principle of the matter. I REFUSED. I had waited an extra 20 minutes for what? I had her take the food back. My waitress was so apologetic and was embarrassed that her manager was being so petty and silly when it was obviously their mistake and I was swapping out one lunch combo for something else. I had the waitress take the swap off of my ticket, leave the cost of the salad there and tipped her on the what the original ticket should have been so she did not have to get tipped less because her boss was so derpy. So, we are leaving and the manager says that she wants to talk to me. She doesn’t want to make things right. Oh no. She just wants to explain to me why I’M WRONG. At this point she cab just choke on that $ 4. I will not be back and I will be filing a customer service complaint while telling the corporate office how amazing my waitress is and how she needs to train her boss in appropriate customer service behavior. I wasn’t even hungry for the meal and the waitress I had was making it to go to make up for my food being so jacked up and for them bringing me the wrong salad in the first place. I thought she was great! But that manager… oh, she can kick rocks. I WILLNOT be back. I’ve recently found«Rat Toes» other places anyway. :)

This place was was absolutely packed on a regular weekday night and we had to wait for around 30 minutes before being seated. Be warned, it is VERY loud inside. I can see why, they give huge portions on all of their entrees for very affordable prices. I almost never have leftovers and I had some leftovers to bring home. We shared the seafood gumbo for our appetizer and it was very tasty and flavorful. We had the cajun combo skillet and stuffed fish with shrimp and crab stuffing. The combo skillet comes out on an actual skillet with tons of crawfish étouffée, andouille sausage, shrimp over rice, corn on a cob, and red beans and rice. It is way too much for one person to eat and 2 people could easily share this and still might not finish. The stuffed fish was the same story, tons of food enough for 2 people. Everything had great cajun flavor although I personally prefer it more spicy. This is a chain I wouldn’t mind returning to at all if I’m in the area hungry for a bite of food.
