My husbands sport coat needed a hem restitched and dry cleaned. I took it here and was greeted with a very friendly staff which had if ready the next day for a good price. And their drive through service really helps so I didn’t have to drag my children inside with me to pickup the coat. I’d recommend this place highly and will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been using this place for over a decade. I’ve seen many owners come and go. I’ve never had a problem until today. My usual $ 8 went to $ 20 because my clothes were ‘really dirty’. Isn’t that why you wash them? It was brought down to $ 10, but I still don’t understand why I was charged more. I picked up my clothes and had to plain throw them away. My shirt still had a stain on it, I scratched it off with my nail. Then I noticed it was missing a button. I checked my other shirt-missing two buttons! I checked my pants… missing the button, my safety pins were gone, and they had shrunk so bad, I couldn’t get them past my thighs! I weighed myself just in case, nope, still the same. I now have to go buy two complete new uniforms. Thanks, guys. Never going back…

I received a free coupon from my school district for $ 10 off a $ 20 order and I thought oh boy it should be pretty good plus the discount is half off. I read the older review and thought I’d give these guys a shot. It’s in a nice location, not far from work and the staff seemed friendly and organized. I had my suit tops and my husband and sons suit with one shirt. The pickup the next day was ready, the clerk didn’t ask me to look at my order and neither did I see any«sad» unremovable stain signs on the plastic. At home I looked carefully and saw a few shadows of tough stain on my suit collars. In my mind I gave them a B+. But then the next day Sunday when I decided to wear the drycleaned suit top I noticed I had multiple buttons missing. I read they cleaned the clothes at the facility and the buttons have been on this suit for months and were very secure. I was disappointed almost mad. Then my son’s shirt was next, his cuff links were gone. Oh my goodness I felt embarrassed for my choice of cleaners. I can’t believe that they don’t notice they are screwing up people’s buttons and not saying a word. So with the $ 10 saved from the coupon I must buy buttons and cuff links they lost. Of course they have a sign stating they are not responsible for this but how long do you think customers will come back after this happens over and over? I am a first time customer and probably a last time one. Still looking for a decent cleaner in the Cedar Hill/Desoto area.

We’ve used this store for the past ten years, but as of today, no longer plan to. My grandmother dropped off some garments to be cleaned and starched last week, only to find that half the work had been done when she returned to pick them up. Upon asking why her order wasn’t filled properly, she was rudely informed that the store didn’t put starch on the kind of garments(two jackets and two shirts) she had brought in, although she had brought these exact garments in before, and had in fact had them starched at this location in the past. The manager did offer to fulfill her request for two of the items, but as he had been extremely rude for the duration of their conversation, my grandmother declined and left the store. About two hours later, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He identified himself as Jared, a manager, and from the moment we began speaking, was exceedingly rude, antagonizing, and altogether unprofessional. I asked why she wasn’t offered a refund, as the services rendered weren’t what she paid for. Instead of giving me a straight, respectful answer, Jared kept trying to talk over me, and I had to ask him to let me finish what I needed to say several times. He implied that my grandmother’s hearing was the problem(she hears as well as any young person does), flat out lied about what was said during their conversation, and refused to apologize for his attitude with me and with my grandmother earlier in the evening. He even went as far as to ask if I was«finished» with what I had to say, clearly not interested in listening and trying to understand where I was coming from. Just a very rude and unprofessional person. I suppose he’s never heard of customer satisfaction. It’s rare that I come across a business with staff members as irresponsible and unprofessional as this guy was. It’s really unfortunate that we have to take our business elsewhere, but we will. There are other dry cleaning services in the area, and I suggest that anyone reading this use them instead.
