I have been renting a box from this location for many years. Other then one bad experience with a rude employee, I have no complaints about the service I receive. I love the fact that I get email notifications when I receive large packages. They also allow my customers to drop items off for me too. The owner, Samir ALWAYS greets me with a smile. In my opinion, he is very fair with his box rental prices.

I will not be going back. They have made a few mistakes in shipping packages for me and I was willing to overlook that. Mistakes happen but now I do not feel that they care about their customers and making sure of good customer relationships. I spent 27.00 to have them ship a package to my daughter and they used the wrong zip code — the package is being sent back to me and I will have to pay for return postage. I did not expect a free pass but I thought they would do a small something as I trusted them to get it right. Stephanie M

Went there at 8:25 to drop off a UPS package.
Standing outside with me were 2 other people waiting for 8:30 (when they open)
at 8:35 man come up to the door, tries to open it, and then walks away in a huff (apparently he needed their services at that very moment)
at 8:40 the lights go on in the store.
8:42 man opens the door.
I would not be writing this review if he had apologized — but nope — nothing.
