Im a resident at shade tree which is in the same complex with cedar run and white oaks, I’ve been living here since 2011 and I love it, maintenance is timely, and its quiet, no one bothers you. I don’t see shady activity even at night. Its actually a really nice place.

My few friends live there. The apartment seems comfortable to hang out. My buddies told me the apartment is affordable to rent. It nears a few universities.

My first night in the apartment I was robbed at gunpoint right outside my building. Baltimore County police said that the neighborhood is a hotspot and that other incidents like this had happened in the apartment community. The door to the building does not lock unless you forcefully pull it shut, and very few other residents bother doing that. I did not feel safe and can not, in good conscience, recommend Cedar Run apartments to anyone.
