7-Eleven

So after going to this 711 about once a week for coffee in the morning for the past 5 months, I get about halfway through my beverage today and find LARGE BLACK CHUNKS FLOATING IN IT. They looked almost like pieces of black leaves. The more I sift through the coffee, the more I’m pulling out large leaf-​like black chunks of … something.
I called and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and indicated that he would clean the urns, however even for a nominal amount of money I, as a former business manager would have offered at least a replacement. Not that I want it after this mess, but still. Be careful of the coffee.

This 7 Eleven is the worst. I went last night to pick up a couple of drinks and some chips and there was a crowd of folks standing outside like they were just hanging out on a corner. Even the 7 Eleven staff were outside smoking. Nobody was inside minding the store. SURELY THERE WAS SOMETHING TO DO INSIDE. After I went inside and selected items to purchase one staff member finally came in and went straight to re-​filling coffee and having a personal conversation with someone and left me standing at the register waiting to pay. After I went to leave, one of the people in the parking lot crowd started yelling something and then came over to my car door. I refused to roll down the window and drove off. I was 5 seconds from calling the police. I will never go to this 7 Eleven again. Where is the owner of this place??? This is no way to run a business.
