Cedar Run Antique Center

Antiques are not my home décor style — but I do enjoy poking around in places that showcase antiques — you never know what you might find!
Stopped in for some of the world’s best smoked bacon today at Wilson Farms Meat Co. in Catlett, VA — and decided to walk in and check out Cedar Run — which is right next door to Wilson’s.
The place is very expansive — room after room of stuff: furniture, home décor, and more. I always get a kick out of things like really old vintage radios, telephones, milk cans, and the like. Old chests are my favorite — for some reason I need to open each one and look inside — maybe there is treasure in there? :-)
I talked to the nice little old lady who was working the place — about the history of the building. Apparently, in days of ancient yore — it was a cattle barn!
Need to bring my Mom back here — she would enjoy this place!
