The BEST taco I’ve ever had… really! Such an unassuming place, but a great surprise. Food was fantastic, and Jesus, our server, was So charming. This is a full-​on family enterprise. Jesus explained their plan has been to start with traditional Mexican dishes, then gradually add some of Mama’s own dishes. I can hardly wait. They will soon have a liquor license for beer and wine. Prices are great, even if the food were mediocre… which it is NOT! By the time we left with happy full tummies, we were hugging all the family members who were there and vowing we would return soon… very… very… soon

I was kinda disappointed. The first time I came service was excellent and the food was ok, so I decided to give this place a second chance based on the customer service. This time they had no shredded beef or chile rellanos and the service was ok. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was kinda chewy/​freezer burned. The two stars are for the service, the kid was trying.

We rented a house close by and stopped in for supper. I cannot say enough how fantastic this place was. It is family owned and the service was fantastic and attentive. The food beyond delicious. Mole sauce is the best we’ve ever had, good quality meat cooked to perfection and even the date salad was amazing and fresh. My son has celiac and they took extra precautions and made him some special food. We can’t wait to go back!

Food was probably like a 4⁄5 but the customer service was fantastic. Prices are definitely on the cheaper side and the food was still really good.
Were the only people in the restaurant and there didn’t seem to be much staff, so I’n kinda wondering how they deal with crowds. But customer service was fantastic, waiter was very friendly.
Got the enchiladas and the chimichanga. Also got fresh guacamole, first time i’ve ever had them bring out the individual ingredients and make it right in front of me.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and they have room to accommodate a good size party. Our party was of 8 and we ate comfortably. The restaurant is clean and the service is amazing. It is a family run restaurant. The food is very good. We tried a little of everything and everyone ate the entire meal.

This might look like any other Mexican restaurant that starts you with your bowl of chips and salsa, but this one in particular its outstanding from the second you walk in. To begin, the salsa and chips were just perfect, the staff is caring and helpful. Secondly, I have never had such an amazing Mole! And the dessert was fancy and not cost effective! Over all, This place is quite hidden but it’s beautiful with its servive and food.

I went to this place expecting that food was going to be incredible. However, food was just average.
I went on a Sunday and there were few people there. Staff was really nice but they took forever for the food. We had to ask for everything (silverware, refills etc…).
They are accommodating if you want to change the items a little bit. If service had been excellent I would have given them 4 stars.

I really loved this little Mexican restaurant. It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. The food was delicious and rich and authentic. Prices were reasonable. Our waiter was such a sweet heart. Very polite and attentive. We had their Menudo on Sunday and it was very good. Only thing i would say is that i wish the tortillas were better (they were similar to mission tortillas) and also that they had a restroom inside but im not knocking them a star for that. Thanks again los arcos!

Great reviews for this place and had to try it. Easy to locate, the place had inside and outside dining. Very clean and color full. Our waiter was super friendly and responsive. He made the guacamole dip right at the table and explained the process, it was cool and tasted fantastic. I ordered a chicken burrito with mole, the beans and rice on the side. The flavors were unbelievable and I decided this was the best mole I have ever had. If you get a chance try this restaurant out. I know it is a return to place for me if I am ever back in the area.

Food was good and portions were reasonable, not too huge like some Mexican restaurants. Prices were a tad on the high side for the location and setting, but not unreasonable. Our fresh made guacamole was perfect and the enchiladas were made with quality chicken meat, not the miscellaneous bits that sometimes find their way into enchiladas. Service was friendly, but a few too many stories that were not believable. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it felt fake and contrived. Also, for 5 people it would be nice to a have a reasonable sized bowl of chips instead of a tiny finger bowl that needed to be refilled. All and all, some of the best tasting Mexican food we’ve had in awhile.

If you are a fan of mole, then don’t pass this place up. Chicken enchilada mole was sooooo amazing. Handmade by Mom in the kitchen. I am forever broken and will compare all mole to theirs! I live 50 miles away, wish they were closer…

Food was BOMB. Had the fish tacos and also the fajita combo (steak/​chicken/​shrimp). The fajitas were super tender and delicious.
They serve a deep red, rich michelada as well. Proper Mexican food.
The server was friendly and explained all the details of how the recipes are derived from the family — great authenticity.

I must say that I went to Taqueria Los Arcos in Cathedral City today with and daughter Tina for lunch. I had the chicken torta with rice and beans and some iced tea. It was excellent food and the service was outstanding. I will return again and highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They are next door to the IMAX theatre in Cathedral City, Ca.
