Where’s the no stars option. Worse customer service i have ever experienced in a Dairy Queen. Wanted a plain cone on the side and was told they couldn’t sell me just the cone… when i have bought it at other dairy Queens. Thanks Stephanie for being so horrible in customer service department.

Decided to give this place a try and sort of wish we had dealt with the heat and ate at Sonic instead. We ordered burgers and ice cream sundaes but the burgers took 21 minutes from the time we ordered. When I asked an employee what was taking so long she stated, «the drive– thru is very busy today and we give priority to drive-thru customers. That’s why you’re order took so long.» I spoke with the manager on duty about this information and he said that was not the case but we were not the only dine-in customers experiencing lengthy delays. Needless to say we won’t go back especially over a lunch hour. The food was okay but the wait is too long for what you get.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE! RUN, DON’T WALKAWAY! Many of my fans know that I ONLY review on Unilocal, if service is SUPERGREAT or SUPERBAD! Well, guess what? This is SUPERBAD. This is my third time as this Dairy Queen and EACHTIME it has been horrible. The employees act if they are on drugs and have NOCLUE about customer service. I ordered a simple small vanilla dipped cone. How hard can that be? KEEPREADING! The first cone was about ¾ of inch high and the chocolate was so pale, I thought someone in the back dropped their pants and took a dump on it instead. The PRICE: $ 3.00. The customer behind me looked at me and whispered, «OHNO!» I told them that this product was unacceptable and to redo it. The second time, the manager or supervisor handed me the cone and the chocolate was dripping down the sides of the cone and on to her hands. I looked at her and said, «Give me my money back.»

Worst service ever. Will never stop there again. I felt they discriminated against us. We ordered and after 30 minutes had to get up to see what was taking so long people who ordered after us got there meals before us. I felt it was done purposely. I will spread the word. Didn’t even enjoy the burger. Very very poor service

Burgers, shakes, and onion rings. Those are the staples that I get here over and over again. No idea how they do chicken or anything else. The shakes are rich and thick without being so cold that they give you brain freeze. Service is always fast and friendly. I like this place for its freeway closeness and that«new building smell».

This place is wonderful. Love that there is a drive through too. The Palm Springs one is only a walk in. And you can’t go wrong with there yummy ice cream.

OMG not sure what they put in their burger but it didn’t sit well at all ALL night. Maybe the employees are doing something to the burgers but never had a burger do this to me. This place better get their act together soon. Their fries are HORRIBLE. Worst fries I have had at a fast food place. Always cold as well.

We went today and thought the food was good. We each had the bacon burger combo. Very clean, a bit small, but overall very nice. The fifth star lacking is the parking situation. With Subway going in next to it, and being off the freeway, could get interesting.

Ok– so this place clearly hired people off the street two days ago to work here. It took the girl 14 tries to take our order and we were reading EXACTLY from the menu. My daughter was convinced she was crying when we got to the window. Then the guy went to tip the blizzard upside down for the car in front of us and spilled the blizzard all over the ground. Give them a while to learn their jobs and then try it.

The food was decent for some fast food chic strips and a blizzard of course, but waaaayy expensive for a small ice cream and 4 chic nugglets, ’twas $ 17 nd change! They charge xtra for ranch! Sauce chargers are the stingiest!!! Seriously. Unlimitated ketchup USA!

Seemingly, out of nowhere a Dairy Queen opened up just down the block from us. I noted the sign up over the weekend that said they open at 11AM on 9÷29÷15. That’s my Hubbys 75th birthday. He wanted to have lunch there. We walked in right at 11, and I had my husband sit at a table while I ordered luch. I mentioned to the manager that it was my hubbys birthday, and they brought him out a customized cake and all the important people who were there for the grand opening came over to take pictures and sing happy birthday. This made my husband feel very special. When you get up in years, it’s the simple things, gestures, that are special. We went where HE wanted to go, and got a pleasant surprise as well. We ordered the $ 5 lunch box. In it was a bacon cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a small sundae. A good deal, and pleanty to fill up the tummy. They have an interesting soda dispenser there. It’s Sprite, that you can add other flavors to, like peach, grape and strawberry. The strawberry was delish. The flavoring was light, as though I was drinking a flavored water, rather then a full blown soda. I’m looking forward to go back soon for my fave, the Mint Oreo Blizzard. Yum!
