Cathedral City Floral

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s grandmother’s casket, and Cathedral Floral were so accommodating and delivered them on time. Great customer service thank you.

My husband ordered flowers for me, to be delivered in January and February and in under a week the flowers or started dying, called owner and she said they only guarantee flowers for 48 hours and these are exotics and was very expensive… these should last at least two weeks
Just bad business will never use them again!

I received 2 dozen roses for our anniversary from my husband. Within 24 hours they were not looking very pretty. I called them up and by that afternoon I had a brand new rose bouquet. 4 days later they are still stunning. Will use this florist again. Amazing customer service!

I recently called and bought a beautiful floral spray for a memorial service at St. Louis Catholic Church. The lady was very nice on the phone and the flowers arrived before the service and they were gorgeous. Will use them again! Thanks!

I don’t speak in extremes, but this is by far the worst costumer service I have ever encountered! I ordered from 1800Flowers and there was a big hassle to get the flowers delivered.
Long story short the manager held me on the line, listening, while he proceeded to call my mother and yell at her for not answering the phone the first time he called. He then ordered her pick up the flowers, despite the fact that I had paid the delivery fee. All in all, it was a terrible experience.
The managers tone was out of line, rude, and completely unacceptable. I was extremely upset and tried to talk to the manager after the fact, I never received an apology, instead he dismissed me and my concerns and told me to call 1800Flowers if I didn’t want to get charge the delivery fee. I called later that afternoon and he said, «I was just with your mother and I gave her a teddy bear, she is fine.» Appease her with a teddy bear, but refuse to talk to me, real professional.
completely dissatisfied, so much for surprise flowers for my mom on her birthday.
