Pretty typical Subway. I have never had any issues, but interestingly enough each time I come here, the customer in front of me or behind me has a complaint concerning unavailable ingredients or miscommunication matters.
This is one of those Subways where you have to explain what you want very slowly, and not all at once.

Came in to Subway for the National Sandwich BOGO day. Service was excellent and quick. Staff moved customers through very quickly and service was friendly.
I had the footling Subway Club and my wife had the footling Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and as usual they tasted great!

Subway is usually a pretty solid place for a decent sandwich when there aren’t many other options. They’re also pretty affordable and pretty quick when you’re in a rush. This place lived up to these expectations and I got a tasty sandwich to share with my mom during her lunch break during one of my visits to CV.

I went in there with my daughter for a quick bite. It’s subway sandwich, I wasn’t expecting much so the food for me was fine. The customer service is what I have a problem with and that’s usually what I review on, given that I didn’t get sick from the food or anything.
The customer who came after me was a regular and my sandwich maker decides to smile at him and be all giddy and started to tell his sandwich maker what he likes and wants on his sandwich. That totally made me feel like invisible and not worth her time. Finish with my 3 sandwich orders first before helping another customer. For me that tells me not to come back again ever because I’m not worth her time.

Amazing amazing sandwiches they make for me, so I live in Castro Valley and sometimes after work I would stop by and get a sandwich, since I’ve been coming so much that they already know my whole order :) great quality food and the workers there are really great and friendly just make me want to stay in and eat and chat.

This is the closest subway to my house so it’s a good close place to get lunch if I’m in a hurry. This place is alright. Service not so great. They always act like they don’t want to be at work. They are impatient at times. Every time I have gone it is the same two people. Their food is alright. Nothing too special. Just like any other subway except this place sometimes has the non fresh taste. Sometimes they are also stingy about how much they will put on your sandwich. Overall this place isn’t that bad but it’s not decent either. I’d rather go to the subway on center or further down Castro valley blvd.

This Subway is A-​OK!
I mean, what can you really complain about? It’s a Subway. They serve sandwiches, that are made like every other Subway. They can be a bit slow, but that’s b/​c there’s usually only 2 – 3 people working at any given time, and this store is smaller than most Subways.
So 3 stars for being average! Yay!
