McDonald’s

This morning I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 apple pies, then they tried to charge over 15.00 dollars so I cancelled while at drive thru and left…
, the prices were too high compared to Jack in The Box…
When I got to Jack In The Box I got a chicken sandwich and 2 burgers with value fries for only 6 dollars and 64 cents … what wrong with McDonald’s they need to get their act together

The most inefficient McD operation ive experienced. This store is on my way home from work. I stop by once in a while to get a drink or snack. Drive-​through is horrible. Im not kidding it takes them about 5 minutes to process each car. So if you have 3 cars in front of you, you’ll get your order in 15 minutes. Going in the store is not much better. It takes them forever to ring you up and prepare yoir order.

By far the worst McDonald’s around. They don’t believe in any customer service. They always look miserable. Some don’t even understand English very well. Why are they always so busy ?? Because they are so slow and mess up everyone’s orders! One time I asked to add something when I got to window to pay and cashier flipped out and rolled her eyes and was like oh my gosh & told me I couldn’t order it now. If you don’t like your job leave! I can tell the manager obviously hires lazy, lack of customer service, unfriendly, not happy people!

Cashier was scatter brained and could not deliver order in timely fashion. I am talking to her and she didnt even look at me… just stared at a new applicant for work. Wifi doesnt work and flies are everywhere. They even mopped over my foot without saying sorry.
I came here for the wifi and some work… i gave the current stars some benefit of the doubt but they need to step it up. I would appreciate they focus on their job. …at least the smoothie was good i guess.

I use their drive through often on my way to work. Sometimes the drive through can be a little busy but its always worth the wait. The food is always fresh and hot. One day I grabbed a burger on the way to work but it was overly seasoned. I came back 6 hours later after work and they gave me a new burger to make up for it. Great customer service.

Two McFlurries for my grandchildren – $ 4.60 for melty vanilla soft serve topped with stale mini MMs. All they did was streak the goopy mess with artificial colors. There was no blending like Oreo Blizzards. They were in the smallest «snack» size cups but tasted so bad that the kids didn’t even want to finish them. Not wanting to waste, I finished both. The MMs were so old, they were chewy which may be why they wouldn’t «blend» into the mixture. My granddaughter would have preferred a chocolate frosty for 99 cents at Wendy’s but we were meeting school friends at this crummy McDonald’s where it took forever to ask for napkins and a plain cup of water!!! Never again…

This used to be a good place to eat. My order was wrong the past 2, 3, 4 times? I order a McDouble and get a cheese burger? Grilled onion cheese burger and get a McDouble ??
I go online to voice and comment only to learn I have to download their app to do so ?

My wife and I have been coming to this McDonald’s for at least twenty years, the passing of time clouds my recollection of events, and McDonald’s is McDonald’s. We’ve brought our kids, grandkids, and soon our great grand daughter to this McDonald’s.
I believe what impresses us about this McDonald’s is the staff. Over the years we have always been treated with respect and efficiency. Today, Diane greeted us and she presented a very friendly and sincere greeting. At the conclusion of the transaction, Diane took the time to look at us, and with a smile she ‘thanked’ us wishing us a good day.

There is a new person named Diane working the drive-​thru in the mornings. She is really nice and cheerful. She clearly displays the fact that she loves her job! This drive thru is always fast even though the line is long at times. Welcome Aboard Diane.

Tonight i placed an order i was quoted a price and paid went to next window wrong order and they tried to charge me

We go through the drive threw and ordered Big Mac fries and a soda and a six piece chicken mc nuggets and asked hot mustard sauce three times. And when we get home NO HOT MUSTARD sauce. What a waste of moeny.

The drive through here is usually pretty long whenever I go, but I try to avoid these days because the quality is relatively bad, compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I feel like there is something wrong with their water, it has a strange taste to it. The rest of their food just tastes a bit off. The staff here can be hit or miss, I’ve had very nice experiences where an employee closed my gas tank cover for me and another time the employee just seemed disgruntled.

This place deserves 0 stars if that was a selection. I waited 25 minutes for 4 mcdoubles with Mac sauce. When I finally got that shit there was no mac sauce. Fucking fail

NO! My icecream was delicious! The young sir taking my order was polite and comical and asked me to help him calculate change! That’s all I need in a McDonald’s!

I rarely go to fast food restaurants and if I do it’s Wendy’s. This time I decided to try McDonald’s. I was completely shocked at the price they were charging me for my large French fry and 6 piece McNugget — $ 6.65! At Wendy’s the same 6 piece nugget is $ 1.79, which is ½ the price! Even the large French fry at Wendy’s is cheaper $ 1.79 vs. $ 2.50 at McDonald’s. The food even tastes better at Wendy’s, so not sure why McDonald’s thinks they can charge more. As for me, I won’t be back.

This is probably without a doubt one of the most expensive McDonald’s in the bay area

Just went through drive thru on Christmas Day.
The lady got our order correct but we couldn’t hear anything she was saying. When we pulled up to her, she didn’t even acknowledge us at all. It was like interacting with a robot haha. They didn’t even offer us ketchup!
Perhaps she was just not having it having to work on Christmas Day!
Anyway can’t go wrong with fries and a mcchicken for $ 3.80 (including tax)!

Horrible service and I think their was spit on my burger. Ill never come back. The whole reason I’ve never gone here is the service but now spit on my burger… Disgusted…

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!
I feel completely ridiculous even writing a review for a fast food place, but even places like these should take pride in customer service…
While at the drive thru…
Me: can I get a sweet tea?
Guy: ok one sweet tea
Me: and a mcchicken no mayo
Guy: okay. (Then an awkward silence)
Guy: I’m sorry did you ask a question?
Me: no.
Guy: okay. (He says some price I couldn’t understand and to go to the window)
Guy: 1.09.
Me: did you get my sweet tea?
Guy: oh sorry that’s why I asked if you asked me a question…
Me: but you repeated…
Guy: oh never mind sorry mam
1) they had a broken display screen
2) he almost tried to argue with me and blame me
3) I KID YOU NOT, I received a coke and a mcchicken with EXTRA Mayo
Buddy, you do not mess with a college student coming from school on low blood sugar on the way to work. I threw it all away, what a serious waste of my time.

Here’s a tip — don’t do the drive-​thru on Thursday night. The cashier tipped me off that it’s their busiest time of the week because no one likes to cook. That includes me which is why I’m was going through the drive-​thru. The food is consistent and service is fast in drive-​thru. Conveninently located off 580 in Castro Valley.
