I only put one star because there is no ZERO STAR. These people own the Brentwood Apartments in Fairfield, Ca. I NEVER got my deposit even though I called, left messages and emailed Chris Pulver and Paul Maguire at
. NO sense of professionalism what so ever! You will be ignored! They raised the rent but don’t make apartment improvements. Super ghetto place. Garbage over flows constantly and the laundry machines are incredibly disgusting.

Yeah this management is a tried and true slum lord. Every had thing you hear about slum lords and horrible on-​site management is true. I think it would be more forgiving of they didn’t have management on site due to the state the complexes are in. Plus it’s not like on-​site managers make any difference, they’re just stooges for these guys. Stay away from all of their properties, they need to be sued, into which I think they actually are fighting law suits right now.
