What a terrible experience! My wife and I went to see doctor Bachwani based on Sutter health’s appointment availability and we’re looking forward to starting work on my wife’s gastro intestinal issues.
During the appointment, the doctor kept suggesting my wife change her diet from eating spicy food to mellow flavored food which would totally be reasonable if she ate spicy and poignant foods… problem is neither of us can handle spicy foods and our diets are balanced with fruits, grains and easily digestible items.
The doctor kept repeating and then contradicting herself and at no point did we feel as though she listened to us. Not only did she appear frustrated with us, but she was dismissive. We walked away knowing that we would never see this doctor again only to realize that she cared so little about my wife’s concerns that she prescribed us a medicine refill in the wrong form, even though we brought in the old sample.
On top of that, my wife wanted to get her flue shot which the doctor acknowledged… guess what? The doctor forgot to perform it!
Overall, I would never recommend this doctor and am truly shocked by the treatment that we received. Go somewhere else!

I recently saw Dr. Bachwani instead of my regular primary who was on vacation. The experience was not a good one. I did not feel like she was really listening to what I had to say and she seemed distracted. Just as I was about to ask her a couple of questions I had, she informs me that she needs to leave for a funeral. Ok, that might explain why she was distracted, but why schedule an appointment you don’t have time for. Rather than listen to what I have to say or how I am feeling, she tells me what I am feeling is related to anxiety and hands me a prescription for anti-​anxiety pills, which I will not be taking. When they don’t know what to tell you, it must be in your head, right? No thanks, I will not be back to see this Dr. again.

I had an appointment for a complete checkup end of last week and was extremely satisfied with everything! Dr. Bachwani listend carefully to all of my concerns and provided very valuable information and advice. She also timely followed up with all results and even called me to explain findings and answer all my questions! Thank you so much!
