Melissa Goralka, PA-C

I have seen Melissa on and off for about 4 years now and she is ok to see in the office. However, she is all about «follow up appts» the aren’t necessary and there is a lack of response from her and her team when a message is left for her.
My husband went to see her a few times recently and again, unnecessary «follow up appts», she told my husband at one of his appts to let him know when his refill was needed for one of his meds and she would send over a new scrip. However, when that time came, just a month after the appt, the message for a refill or new scrip was not responded to, finally after several attempts my husband finally got a call back (weeks later, meds completely run out) saying that she wouldn’t refill unless he made an appt. She just saw him a month prior, no reason to come back in when she told him at the last appt to just let her know and she would refill it. And they didn’t have the respect to call and let us know from the first couple if attempts? Not ok! Would love to have Dr. Welsh back!!!

I’ve been seeing Melissa as my primary health care provider since mid-​way through my pregnancy. she has always been attentive and knowledgable and has never rushed through appts or written off any concerns I had.

I’m very happy to have found Melissa Goralka, PA-​C. She has never made me feel like she is in a rush to get to other patients like many doctors have, and she is thorough and thoughtful during the examination. I recently went in for sinus pain and she saw that I also had an ear infection. I didn’t realize how bad my hearing had gotten until the medication took affect and I could hear without concerted effort. I highly recommend her.
