Castro Valley Dramatic Arts Academy

The Castro Valley Dramatic Arts Academy offers such a good opportunity for middle school, high school and college aged youth to improve their skills in acting, dancing, improvisation, and voice! Director Michael Lushington has a great vision and expects the young actors to be professional. They come out of the program with more knowledge, maturity and theater skills no matter what their level.
The tuition for the summer program is quite reasonable as well, it is hard to find any other summer activity for less.
I am a previous employee, but also an educational counselor and former substitute teacher. This experience with children has given me some insight into how valuable these types of programs are for young people, and this is one of the best!
