I would love the have the convenience of this drive thru, but my drink is always wrong. I’ve ordered nothing but the same drink for over 5 years at $ 5.50 a drink, and would love to have it correct at that price. The staff is by far the most unfriendly in Castle Rock, and is a topic of conversation locally.

Good food & coffee. Short, insensitive workers. Ordered a cheese Danish, and was notified they were out (that’s fine). But I was treated like I did something wrong, so I responded that I only ordered it since it was on display… the response was YES. You would think that since we are standing inline determining what we want so we are ready to order that there would be a note. That idea was foreign to them. Also, the person at the register was so soft spoken you couldn’t hear him so I continually asked him to repeat himself. Not the positive morning experience I was expecting. Not going to let them damper my day, but will think twice before returning to this store.

Stopped in for a quick drink on our road trip. Place was bright and clean and the staff was friendly. Lost a star for taking FOREVER to get an iced passion tea. Like a good 10 minutes, but the staff was chatty and suggested mixing passion tea with half apple juice next time for a kick. Lots of outlets for plugging in.

A deplorable 12 oz latte. Starbucks seems to get worse every time I go to one. The best I ever had was in Mexico. The worst, in Minneapolis. This latte is 3rd in the running for worst in my 31 years of consuming espresso drinks. The espresso flavor was nearly undetectable, the froth on top was giant bubbles, and I don’t know how they managed to make a whole milk espresso drink taste watery and thin, but they did.
I’m about finished with Starbucks for good.

Good location, friendly staff. Always impressed with everyone’s attitude here. Interior is a bit small, with not a ton of seating, but the crowd is usually pretty small.
The drive-​through is the easiest to get to and is insanely busy here, especially during the lunch/​dinner rushes, but if you park (not as easy as it sounds) and walk in you can get service fairly quickly.

Coffees good. Place is really dirty. The floor needs to be swept and mopped, and all the tables and counters are really sticky. Hate to see what that capachino machine looks like. It’s only 9:30am, so it appears the night crew doesn’t like to clean either.

The Starbucks is always extremely friendly and very fast. This is always my go to before work when I’m in a rush. I can always count on them to get me in and out of the drive thu in minutes. I would highly suggest this Starbucks to anyone.

Friend professional Starbucks in Castle Rock CO. Every time I come here it’s always busy. Tenders are friendly and take orders proficiently without issues. This is one of the better Starbucks I enjoy visiting.

Typically a busy location, my timing has been awesome on my last few visits. In and out in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately the drive through seems to be where things can get backed up. My advice is to run in when the cars get backed up a ways as the counter staff in the store is quick and friendly.

Typical Starbucks. Location just off of I-​25 which is nice if you’re driving through Castle Rock or you’re meeting someone there.
I find myself going to Starbucks less and less because living in The Springs we have Dutch Bros.
I’ve been here a handful of times. No complaints.

I don’t know what happened in the last 2 – 3 months. I was out of town on business trips and vacation and haven’t been to this Starbucks location in awhile. But the customer appreciation and friendliness seems to be MIA. Maybe new management? All the employees seem different and there’s no greetings, thank you’s or other common curtesy’s. They are not UN-​friendly, but not nice either. No one smiles here anymore. I get the impression that they feel the customers coming in and ordering coffee and breakfast are a pain in the ass. That’s ok. There’s lots of other options around here: Lost Coffee is good and Crowfoot Valley is great. Think I’ll give them my business from now on.

This Starbucks is awesome! I got there during a busy morning, the line was wrapped around the building and I didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes. They were super fast, then when I reached the window, the lady at the drive thru was so pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Starbucks is pretty much the same, taste wise, wherever you go and that holds true for this location. The service here however, was awfully slow. It wasn’t even that busy, the lady making lattes was just moving at a snail pace.

This is your basic Starbucks. It is nice to have a drive-​thru available. As long as it is not morning rush, you typically get through the line quickly. The staff did seem a bit friendlier than average.
