Elements Massage

PROFESSIONAL is the right word to describe this place. The therapist was educated and trained. I asked her about her experience, she told me she had been in 7 years. The services are expensive but worth every penny. I didn’t give a 5 star because she didn’t do the most body part that I stated on the paper to focus on which is the chest and the abs which I regret not telling her during the session because time rolled so quickly I didn’t even realize it was done…

Had an issue. They fixed it.

It had been a week from hell at work. I was just a little stressed out. After my massage I was very relax and loose. Awesome massage.

Really enjoyed my first massage here today. The location is relaxing and the people at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. My therapist listened to my needs and expertly identified trouble spots that needed extra work. I joined the wellness program, which I think offers a great massage at a great value. Extremely satisfied.

It was really beautiful. Warren was responsive to my problems areas and really focused in on them. Nicole keeps the place running ship shape! Overall Elements Massage Castle Rock exceeded all my expectations.

I really love Elements. I’ve had massages plenty of other places before but have never felt like «Oh yeah, I definitely need to go back!» Until I found Elements. I started going before my wedding as I was extremely stressed out and this was my reasonably priced way to unwind (I will add, I am a member of their program so I get discounts if I have more than 1 massage per month).
It’s a modest place, it has 4 rooms and a small waiting area. The front desk staff is always nice and makes an effort to greet you and make you feel welcomed. They are not snobby like some massage places.
What I didn’t expect was how much Elements would improve my quality of life. I have had lower back pain and migraines for about 15 years, and once I found my perfect therapist (who I’m afraid to name because it’s already difficult to get an appointment sometimes since she is awesome), my migraine days have decreased significantly and I rarely have back pain.
Sadly, my husband’s favorite therapist left so we can no longer go together, but I am sticking around as long as my therapist is.

Love this place! There are 20+ different MT’s offering pretty much any kind of massage you are looking for: hot stone, deep tissue, sweedish, prenatal, sports, myofascial, reflexology, and lomilomi. Customer service is excellent, every person I have met there is friendly, and the prices are great, especially with a membership.

Love the therapist here. I have used several for different needs and each one has done a great job of resolving my needs. I really appreciate the fact that I get a confirmation email a few days ahead

I am a runner & come here when I start to have problem spots. I have not gotten a bad massage here!

I have really enjoyed Elements Therapeutic Massage here in Castle Rock. They are very professional and I have received wonderful massages. I love that they are available and do their best to work you in. While it’s not a top rated resort, I have received massages that are comparable to those. I would recommend Elements to everyone in Castle Rock!

I had a wonderful massage with Sheila. She asked me a few questions and really listened to what I was saying. The resulting massage was exactly what I needed to relieve some very painful tension in my neck and shoulders. She also gave me some tips to help keep me loosened up. I highly recommend her and hope to see her again.

Samara is amazing! She is awesome at making sure you feel comfortable and gives the most awesome massage. I’ll continue coming back and telling my friends in Castle Rock.

I’ve never had a massage before this visit, so I don’t really have anything to compare to. Lol. I called Elements to see if there was any availability for that day. They were able to get me in 20 minutes later. Nice.
As soon as you walk into this place there is a instant feeling of calm. The ambience immediately put me at ease. This all just from sitting in the waiting area. Later I was greeted by Samara (who was wonderful) and escorted to the massage room.
Guys, the massage table is heated!!! What the what?! Amazing. Samara was gentle (being my first massage and all) but kicked it up a notch when working on the problem areas of my back.
This place is professional, accommodating, and friendly. It’s a little pricey normally, but being a first time client I was only charged $ 55. I’ll be back, but maybe every few months. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Ps. As someone in the service industry I have to say this: Guys, if you are receiving a discounted service, please tip on the normal price you would have paid. Kthxbai!

Yikes! Their prices have gone from $ 55, to $ 75 and now $ 89 an hour! Their therapists are great, but it’s literally a store front where you go in and out of rooms for your treatment. No spa, no dressing area, no frills. I’m not sure what I paid for at $ 89/​hr but unfortunately I’ll be removing Elements from my place for treatment. :-(
And no sales woman at the front desk, I shouldn’t have to pay you monthly for a membership to get a good rate.
