Stick to the wings and the cheese fries, maybe the ribs — join the bones club and wait for coupons, if you do those things you will be very happy otherwise this place is way overpriced and the burgers/​bbq aren’t that good, but the wings and cheese fries always hit the spot for me.

food quality is poor for the price. $ 12.00 for a bowl of Mac and cheese is not even close… which had so much grease I had to wonder if it wasn’t dropped into the fryer by accident. Not a fan!

I came here back in December with a friend of mine for the paint night. I have to say that hands down were the best ribs I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back. The service was on point, the ribs were really delicious and very tender and had lots of sauce which I really, really enjoyed. The ribs alone are worth going back for.

My husband and I visited this location about a week ago and I will never go back. This was my second time giving this place a try, my server was friendly and we were seated quickly however our food was awful. So awful I felt the need to write a review … My husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and his chicken was literally grey. After seeing this I didn’t even want to eat the rest of my plate. Our server saw that we paid nearly $ 50 for two meals that were untouched and didn’t even ask us if something was wrong at that point I didn’t even feel like arguing I paid and left and will never return.

Jen, the day manager has to be the nicest and most professional person I have ever met. Now I know why the wait staff seems to enjoy their jobs. This location blows the others away.

Even though our food wasn’t great like usually, our server Joe was awesome and the Manager made things right without asking to see her. I frequent this restaurant on a regular basis and normally don’t have any issues. I definitely recommend Smokey Bones and make sure you get in the bones club (free).

It’s hard to effectively rate this place so I’m going with a 3.5. My finance and I used to be regulars here for a few years. Food and service was always great. A handful of the employees and bartenders we used to see left and along with it the service we were used to. Over the past year we’ve given this place a try three times with one successful dinner. It seems to be going through some growing pains but the service needs a major overhaul. We came here last night and sat at the bar and were very pleased with food and service but it was obvious the bartender was overwhelmed. How can you staff only ONE bartender to make the entire restaurant drinks and serve the bar on a Saturday night?! Ridiculous. We saw a lot of the other waitresses on their phones and casually carrying on conversation with one another. Maybe if management knew what they were doing as far as training employees there wouldn’t be high turnover.

Was not impressed everything I ate was just over seasoned. I could have made better at home.

It definitely not an upscale dining experience, but the customer service is wonderful! You can choose if you would like a somewhat healthy meal or a heart attack on a plate. It’s all up to you!
I ordered the pulled pork with broccoli and fries. The chipotle bbq sauce on the side helped with the dryness but I mean the flavor was definitely there. Definitely huge portions so the price isn’t too expensive for what you get.
Not a bad place but, definitely not amazing!

Went with my daughters. We waited about more than 30 minutes for our food. The ribs were dry and basically everything tasted the same. Will never return. Our make your own combo cost about 18.00 dollars. It should of cost about 6.00! Quality sucked!

while my wife was out of town and I had my young son Harrison we found a coupon in our mailbox for Smokey bones and since it was right around the corner and we been there before and liked it we said let’s go back. I had their hamburger and upgraded to their Kobe beef I believe it was delicious. And my son had just this side of mac & cheese which he loved me and a few of my french fries and he he thought they were pretty.
The service was friendly and attentive and on time didn’t take long for the food to come in all and then best of all we had a $ 10 off $ 20 coupon so I think we paid $ 13 for everything, and that was a good deal to.
All in all we find this place very convenient comfortable and delicious we highly recommend it to everybody who’s in our neighborhood.

Used to go here regularly, as of late, the service has been TERRIBLE! The last straw, placed an order online, received confirmation email, go to pick it up and they have nothing. Normally I’d chalk it up to technology error but because of the history of customer service completely sucking, I can only assume they didn’t do their job, per usual. Food is always good so it’s too bad they don’t hire people who actually want to do their job!

I wated 7 minuets for someone to acknowledge that I had walked in the front door, the girl was at the Togo desk. Was not busy at all, finally got sat and waited 7 more minuets for 2 girls to come take my order. I left we left. It looks like it would have good food but they need to step up the waitress game!

I love coming here to sit at the bar. Late night food specials are good for the price. My all time favorite item I have eaten here is the smoked wings! Service industry night is the best, with half off the whole bar. Service at the tables has typically been subpar. Service at the bar is always the best when Morgan is there. Overall satisfying experiences.

I used to go here all the time as my workplace isn’t very far away. In the past year I’ve only been a few times since it’s been going downhill. Last Saturday was the last time I will go.
I sat at the bar and it took about 5 minutes before the bartender recognized I was there. After placing a drink order it took another 10 minutes to get the drink, I also finally asked for a menu when it came. When I saw her walk by a few minutes later I stopped her to remind her about the menu, which should be noted that they were in a stack behind the bar, about 4 feet from where I was sitting.
After finally getting my buffalo chicken sandwich about 50 minutes after sitting down, it was highly disappointing. The fries were crisp and hard, as if they had been made the day before and then reheated. The chicken was tough and the top part of the fried skin was so tough I couldn’t eat it.
After eating all I could muster I told the bartender I needed to get back to work and needed the check. She helped some other people and then went to talk to her coworkers, I could hear everything they talked about. Mostly her complaining about the customer next to me who had just left. About 15 minutes and reminding her about the check I finally got it. Gave her my card and it only took 5 minutes this time to get it swiped.
When she brought back my final check she told me I looked as though I was having a bad day. I was only having a bad day when I was subjected to her poor service and disgusting food.

It’s ok for a cheap chain restaurant. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always decent, I think I’ve only ever had to send like one thing back. Their coupons and reward points are awesome incentives.
Their 22oz beer specials are always great!
You CAN eat here & still be someone healthy, if you really try.

This place is a disaster. The service is terrible, the bar sends out wrong orders, and the couple at table next to us is humping and making out with each other.
I haven’t seen my waitress in 20 minutes. I just want to pay and get the hell out of here.

Full disclosure: The small-​business-​loving local girl in me was quite biased against this place going in.
I’d gotten a coupon in the mail for $ 10 off a $ 20 meal and my bf and I decided to check it out (because we cheap! lol). There was a 15 minute wait for dinner and we were about to call it quits when the hostess told us we could sit and be served at the bar. There were a few spots at the end which gave us a seat between us and the next person at the bar so we thought ‘what the hell.‘
I ordered the salmon spinach salad, totally expecting it to come out a vinaigrette-​soaked mess, but I was really pleasantly surprised! The salmon was just the slightest bit overcooked, but not enough for it to make a big difference, and the spinach tasted very fresh. The most surprising thing was that the dressing was understated. It was sweet and delicious, but didn’t overpower the salad. Plus, the salad comes with goat cheese and that was a great combination.
My bf ordered a Big Time BLT (he is less health-​conscious!) and really enjoyed it! The only regret I have is not ordering a side of pickles. We saw a gentleman next to us had it come with his meal and the pickles were served in a miniature mason jar with the juice it had been pickled in. It looked so good!
Again– I left feeling a bit silly for immediately knocking the place for being a chain. The food was really good and the service was great. I know I won’t be here often, but now I know not to turn my nose up to Smokey Bones!
