IHOP

Absolutely loved the customer service. Got seated quickly as well as got our food quickly as well. Great food proportions which is a definite plus. Very clean and it doesn’t smell. Will be coming here over all ihop.

Very disappointed. Went to breakfast the other morning. Our food took forever to come to the table. Then when the food finally arrived there was a long black hair in my boyfriends food. I have short blonde hair. The server brushed it off. Took even longer for the recook and we got a sorry excuse for an apology from the manager who didn’t offer to comp or discount our meal for waiting inconveniently and the fact their kitchen staff doesn’t wear hair nets. Disgusting.

Pleasantly surprised this weekend by the Casselberry International House of Pancakes, better known as IHOP. Arrived mid morning to be quickly greeted and seated. Menu consists of typical breakfast combinations of eggs, sausage/​bacon, hash browns, waffles and pancakes. They also appear to have somewhat of a lunch menu consisting primarily of sandwich combinations.
Having observed the outside billboard boasting «Orlando’s best omelette», the Mrs. Went with a tomato and mushroom omelette ($ 8.99) and opted to add avocado ($.99). The omelette also came with hash browns. I chose the 2×2×2, a combination of 2 eggs, 2 sausage or bacon, hash browns and 2 pancakes ($ 8.29). We each ordered the coffee, a harsh beverage reminding me of something my grandfather brewed long ago, and which was the only real disappointment of the meal. The omelette was delicious, and recommended. The 2×2×2 was also good, with the blueberry pancakes stealing the show. They were fluffy and flavorful, and most definitely the highlight of the breakfast.
Overall, IHOP offers up a decent array of breakfast options without the thrills of the hipster décor or trendy music playing in the background. For a fair price, one received a simple breakfast delivered quickly with a smile and affordable price tag. Tired of overpaying for your eggs and toast — I recommend checking out IHOP Casselberry.

If you are a vegetarian, you know that the choices are often very limited in chain restaurants like this. I used to like their spaghetti and marinara sauce for many years, but that is no longer on the menu, unfortunately. I recently tried their quesadilla without the chicken. I ordered it with sauteed mushrooms peppers and onions and it was very good! I’ll get it again when my family decides to go there for the next family breakfast! Service was great even though it was very busy. They served our food quickly and were very friendly.

The family had a great waitress at IHOP today named Tanesha (sp)
She was very professional and knew to tell us they had Pepsi not Coke products.
She was fast and and took care of us very well. My wife was her usual picky eater and didn’t eat much but she eats does that.

The pan cakes where really yum. The service was fast and the servers really friendly.

One of the better IHOP’s that I have eaten at. The watier was really good and refilled our drinks without having to ask him even once. He brought out the food in a timely manner and he was very friendly. Also, only waiting five minutes on a Sunday morning was pretty incredible! If I am in this area agan and in the mood for this type of food, I would definitely go back here.

Came back to Ihop a couple of weeks ago a and had there pancakes with an egg crêpe and it was all delicious, the crepes had egg with ham and cheese and the portion was huge plus two fresh pancakes with pecan syrup… it felt like I died and went to heaven.
To drink I was tired of soda and just plain water so I ordered one of there new tropical drinks and it was delicious so good I had to have refills.
Over all the god was great the service was awesome and my friends this location deserves 5 plus stars. I have not had a bad experience and have been coming here for years.
Ihop is where it is at.

i haven’t been to an IHOP in over 2 yrs — and coming back from the longest fight from Miami (BTW hate that airport) we where so hungry i just could not wait to get home and eat– we stopped for some breakfast and let me tell you — LOVED IT — the presentation was amazing very clean — you can tell the cook took pride in his work and food was so good — i had the new lite menu spinach, mushroom and tomato omelet and my hubby had the new breakfast sandwich… so good — will go back again — yummy *** PS my hubby works @ Perkins and let me tell you — they got run for their money — THIS LOC VERY GOOD — GOOD CLEAN FOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE

The NY Cheesecake pancakes became my fav! For me, Ihop is one of those places that I go to satisfy some breakfast craving at any time of the day. And it seems to always hit the spot. Unfortunately, they are always in this lil’ divey type of restaurant that makes one a bit weary of entering. But once inside, the menu unfolds to whatever meal you could possibly crave. Have yet to be disappointed with the food.

I usually go to the one in Sanford by Walmart on 17 – 92 but we had terrible service the last 2 times we were there, so we decided to try another IHOP, so we went to the one in Casselberry and I am sooooo glad we did. Robert our waiter was great. It was busy but everyone there kept a good flow. And let me say I tried a burger there for the first time that day and it was one of the BEST burgers I have had, I had the bacon and egg burger and it was delish, yum! My husband had his favorite, sirloin tips and eggs (seasoned to perfection, no A1 needed). The IHOP in casselberry more then made up for all the bad services we had at the one in sanford, kudos! Will definitely be going back!

Its an Ihop! Nothing to see here except great service from Edith and kitchen. I would come again.

IHOP. They serve breakfast… ALL DAY! I am a FAN of breakfast.
This one is one of the cleaner IHOP’s I have been to.
We were seated immediatley and our orders taken promptly after that. All our food came out fresh and hot, everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

It a regular Ihop I like it good service .good food… but like any breakfast place on the weekend it gets unbelievably packed !

Not bad. I had a bacon and cheese omelet and hash browns. Side of toast.
Service was good. Kept the coffee cup filled. I also like their harvest nut and grain pancakes there. This IHOP on Lee Road is my favorite.

Strangely this is my favorite place for breakfast on the weekends. I say strangely cause i have tried a few breakfast places around town and they just don’t live up to my expectations. Maybe cause i expect more out of them for the reputation…
anyways on to the ihop… i love their selection of breakfast foods. plus the fact that they always allow me to substitute a healthier option like turkey bacon or harvest grain pancakes. Everything is always served the way you ordered it and HOT. Which is nice considering i like to complicate my orders.
One of the best things is the amount of food for the price… i always end up taking my pancakes home since i never make it past the hash browns and eggs in my combo meal.
Finally the staff is always nice, welcoming and attentive.
All in all i look forward to the weekends we go here for breakfast… now i might have to go tomorrow since it is saturday :)
