Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the second time in a row they’ve been out of croissants. And they were out of biscuits this time as well. Last time we also received the wrong donut. I wish Tim Hortons was down farther south. Upon arriving home, they did not give us the full order requested. A number 16 is not just a tuna/​chicken croissant but a combo. We did not receive the full order.
Do not go to this one or Howell Branch/​436 store.

While in a rush, I stopped and ordered a French Vanilla Coolatta. When I was handed my drink, my fiancé and I both looked at the color and asked if that was french vanilla, because it looked dark and unmixed. We were reassured by the manager that it was… Definitely wasn’t! I wouldn’t be as upset if it actually tasted good, but it didn’t. Guess he needs a little more training!

While this is place is in a very convenient location, I have been disappointed pretty much every time I’ve been there. Whether it was there drive thru malfunctioning, rude employees, or the wrong order I usually never leave satisfied with my visit.

Jessica is awesome! Always so friendly while taking your drive-​thru order. This morning I ordered a butter pecan iced coffee with a turbo shot, Jessica said that they were out of butter pecan, and suggested another flavor — she gave me an extra turbo shot becuase the flavor I wanted was not avaible. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

I have been to this location 4 times in the last year and every time I have gone either the order was screwed up or the employees (not all of them) were incredibly rude (manager included) and 2 out of those 4 times I got both. Fortunately they opened another location just up the road in the old Brewster’s in the Publix plaza on Howell Branch and 436, just a couple miles away. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the Howell Branch location. So my suggestion, if you find yourself in the Casselberry area and in need of a DD fix, pass by this location and go to ANY of the other locations in the area where they’ll be happy to help you and won’t act burdened by the fact that you’ve chosen them over the numerous others around.

This location has always been efficient, clean and correct with orders. This morning I wanted to surprise Ashley with a cup of coffee and a veggie wrap. I decided to walk in since there were about 10 cars in the drive through. Walk up the counter and I notice the menu was not only digital but small animations were also taking place. very cool. Maybe this is nothing new, but this is the first time I’ve seen it.
Ordered one coffee with skim and splenda, the other with cream/​sugar. One veggie wrap and one ham/​cheese flat bread. Yum!
The guy who took my order was very polite and professional. When my coffee was ready he told me the sandwiches would be right up and to have a nice day. A minute later and they were on the counter.
Really liking this location more and more. Plus, the quickness of the order helped with my surprise as timing is important.
