Decided to check out this place as I had driven by here many times. The idea to expand into a pub is a good one but they need to separate the dining area more from the liquor store. You feel like you are drinking a beer in the store rather than a pub. Maybe create walls or something. They had a very good beer selection. Food was soso… expand menu a bit? They need to offer«sides» to their sandwiches. I asked for chips with my sandwich and was told I could get up and grab a bag from the store side and they would add it to my bill. Not good. So, interesting idea here but need to make a few more improvements if you want to bring in people.

This place is great… nicely organized liquor store with a dine in deli as well. There are about 15 beers on tap in the deli. We all had a beer and a sandwich, the man making the sandwich’s was super friendly. Everything made to order, we got our sandwich’s panini style they were great. Ended up leaving with 46 packs of hard to find beer. I highly reccomend this place.

Gotta give the Liquor Factory some love for promoting quality craft beers on tap as well as their wide variety of quality libations to go. The Liquor Factory is one part liquor store and one part bar with a variety of craft beers on tap to choose from. They have a couple flat screen televisions to watch sports while indulging in your favorite drink and even offer a menu of freshly made sandwiches and chips to deter any hunger pains that may develop while sampling their beers. I was fortunate to come across a bottle of Goose Island Bourbon County Barley Wine while visiting and it was smooth and delicious. The bartender and the owner are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the stop on your way through town.

Here we have a diamond in the rough — although the place looks like a typical liquor store on the outside, inside exists a kind of beer bar/liquor store hybrid. The atmosphere inside is immediately welcoming; it feels open and modern. I get it, Casa Grande will never be Chandler/Gilbert. People here want their tall boys of Natty Light and that’s just never going to change in this town. For a business like this to survive, of course it can’t be all craft beers and nothing run-of-the-mill. However the whole right side of this large establishment is a modern looking bar/eatery filled with nothing but craft brews on more than 15 taps and unique bottled beer. The food isn’t exotic, but the quality is premium — their meat is Boar’s Head. The number of beers available is beyond count, and the bar offers flights of locally brewed craft beer on tap, upon request. You can also fill up your own growler to take home. Seasoned beer drinkers who frequent microbreweries may not be overly impressed, but let’s face it, craft brews on tap are a rare thing to come by in Casa Grande. Liqueur Factory definitely delivers to my craft brew needs and more. The service here is superb. The bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive. I can tell they are exceptional workers, because they kept busy even though business was slow during our visit. At the same time they consistently engaged me at an appropriate level to make me feel welcome and cared for as a paying customer. The owner was attending the left side of the store, and on our way out she introduced herself and indulged me in conversation about how her business came about in town and how it is doing now. My visit felt unique and personal. I will absolutely keep returning here for more.

Sharing! Was an excellent experience my first visit was last week. I was looking for something very particular. The young lady that night, was very knowledgeable, took me to the product, etc. How nice! Dear owners: keep her! She is definitely an asset! (I didn’t think to ask her name)

Omg! This place is amazing! It looks like a general liquor store out front, but is clean and trendy inside. They serve boars head may and great tacos along with an assortment of craft beers, plus you can buy some alcohol to go!

I took a chance today on a hole in the wall Deli that opened 3 months back called Bistro Bar and Deli in the Liquor Factory, located @ 930 E Florence Blvd in Casa Grande. I was looking for a deli that uses Boars Head products. I must say, the outside exterior leaves something to be desired, however the sandwich I ordered was amazing. much better than any you can get at Subway, Jimmy Johns etc. The family that owns it have been in the deli business from New Jersey for 84 years. They will be adding hot sandwiches, potato and coleslaw salads in the near future. The prices are great! Just a suggestion if you are looking for this type of venue close by. They feature wine and craft beers by the glass.

Was visiting Casa Grande and my friends brought us here. At first we thought it was funny to have a bar in a liquor store but the concept grew on us. This place is actually pretty awesome. They had a great selection of beers on tap, I wish I could had tried them, they had some really interesting choices, but I’m gluten intolerant. They had an impressive selection of bottled beer and other liquor through out the store. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. They had a good food selection too which I hear is really good. The place is clean and has a nice casual atmosphere. I found gluten free pale ale beer and was really excited about that. Bought a six pack and drove it back to San Diego. If I lived in this area I could see this as a frequent hang out. My friends come here often, they knew the bar tenders.

A hidden gem with the best draft beer selection in the area. Constantly rotating taps means there is always something new to try. Fantastic service and knowledge on different beers. Oh and the sandwiches? Best value and quality in town with all Boar’s Head products. You can’t beat it!

Wow! Would never expect this to be here. I grew up in CG and remember this as the beverage mart, which was a little run down. The Liquor Factory is a hidden gem in CG that you must visit if you like or want to try good craft beers. Great selection, good sandwiches also. Nice bar and a few tables to sit at. Highly recommend giving this place a try!
