Dropped off two men’s shirts and 3 jackets, turn around time was fine, shirts came out OK, but one of the jackets was pressed so badly, it might have ruined the jacket. All puckered on the shoulder, and the lapel was creased so the collar was all misshapen. We asked the woman at the counter if she could fix it, and she told us they don’t hand press the clothes; they go into a machine that automatically presses it. We didn’t really expect fabulous, but certainly didn’t expect they’d ruin our clothes. Not ever going back. Won’t recommend. Although the cleaning is pretty cheap, the destruction of a Hugo Boss jacket was pretty expensive, so we’ve rated it as THREE dollar signs.

I took some shirts here to be cleaned and they put an horrible blue die on the collars which stained them. When I brought it to the attention of the owner he was indifferent. Will never take my cleaning to him again. There is actually a much better cleaner around the corner(Ace Cleaners) and they provide a better service at a better price.

BOTHCARYLOCATIONS-I dropped off a pair of women’s dress pants and a coat on Jan 222013 that were to be ready to pickup on Jan 24. When I went to pick up my order, the pants were missing. I was told to leave my phone number, they would look for the pants at their other location, and let me know what they find out. After a couple of days of waiting, I dropped by to check on the status of the pants. The person that I was speaking to asked me all the same questions and said the Manager would call me. When I said that it had been two days since I had been last told that the manager would call me, the girl informed me «then we haven’t found your pants yet. We will call you when we find them.» I asked what would happen if they didn’t find them. She said she didn’t know. I asked how long this process would take; she said she couldn’t know how long it would take to find the pants. I found this irritating. What I was asking, and did spell out in plain English, was how long does the company allow to find missing garments, before they call the customer to resolve the issue. She said about two weeks. I have made several calls over the past two weeks to the«other location» where the manager is supposed to be, and I either«just missed her», «she’s gone for the day», or «she will be in later», but she is NEVER available to take my call. I have asked for her cell phone number, and was told«we cant give out personal information» so I have repeatedly asked to have her call me. She has not responded. My last visit to my location resulted in the clerk becoming confrontational, simply because she was frustrated that she couldn’t answer any of my questions. She told me «not to take my frustration out on her.» This is laughable; all I want are answers on 1) where are the pants, 2) why hasn’t ANYONE returned my phone calls, 3) now that 3 full weeks have passed in this«two week» process, how much longer should I wait to receive compensation for a $ 98 pair of pants. FYI — this business has a Better Business Bureau rating of «F» for not responding to complaints. Summary — Incompetent staff, terrible service, DONOTUSETHISPLACE!

I’ve been taking my shirts, pants, and suits here ever since they opened. The turnaround time is fast, and the starch they use is just right. The prices they charge are in line with others in the area, but my clothes have never been cleaner. You know your dry cleaner pays attention to detail when they care enough about the«front of the house» to make sure the customer entrance is clean and inviting. Theirs is as clean as they come.

Always great service with a smile. The staff is always hot, you can tell, they are sweating when the come to the counter, but always friendly. Most important, my dresses(wedding and others), my husbands suits and shirts always come out perfect! We love this dry cleaner. The prices are reasonable too.
