I rent something from this company every month it seems and I have always had a fantastic experience. I have experienced some problems with the equipment from time to time but the staff always makes it right. No company or their equipment can be perfect every time but Adam and the crew always deliver amazing customer service. I highly recommend using this company.

Grand Rental Station is horrible they truly do not abide by their principles I called on Monday to ensure that I would have linen. I asked the gentleman to run my debit card. I come here on Friday and I have to pay the entire balance never again will I use grand rental station again. He says, we just do that in case you do not come get the linen! I will never use them again! He did not want to even credit my account! DO NOT USE THEM!

I was pretty frustrated dealing with this company at first. I sent 2 emails over a few weeks and got no response, so I figured that they must not be getting them, so I called. The person that answered was nice and apologized and reserved what I needed. I got to the Cary location the day that I requested and there was no reservation. I was pretty annoyed. However the person at the desk made no big deal about it and got me my tables no problem. Everyone there was very nice and it was easy to get what I needed and return them. The hassle of ordered what I needed was upsetting but after that it was easy.

We ordered tents for our wedding the week of due to forecasted inclement weather. Prices were reasonable and they delivered and set-​up the tents the day before the wedding and picked them up the following Monday. They also hung lights inside the tents. Very easy to work with!

PROFESSIONAL and AFFORDABLE! Not only did they help with great suggestions on what to rent, they also did not nickel and dime us like all our other vendors have been doing. Grand Rental Station was so polite, even when I kept calling audibles days before the event. I cannot wait to have another big event so I can use them in the future!
I honestly cannot get over how polite they were, every employee was genuinely friendly.

We worked with James to rent tents, linens, silverware, tables, and chairs for our outdoor wedding. He helped us come up with different plans for rain and sunshine, and was very flexible on when we made that call and on our final numbers. Everything was delivered and set up to our specs, and the quality was great. We won’t hesitate to rent from them again for another event. Great job!

Highly recommended. James helped my wife and me through the planning of a outdoor wedding. These guys are pros. I watched a 80×40, 20×10 and 36X9 tent get constructed and removed like it was choreographed.
