I visited this establishment on 3÷12÷2016 as a walk-​in customer and took my food home. Halfway through my double with cheese, found a long strand of hair in my burger. Although, I have been a customer of this Wendy’s for many years, my better judgement told me to walk away this evening. No one appeared to know what the other person was doing, when I walked in or why. I was there to order a burger and fries, duh! There must have been a recent change in management because the service used to be much, much better.

I love Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich. You can substitute a small chilli for the fries if you want for the same price. But the flavored lemonade is the biggest draw for me. Putting in the soda machines where you choose your flavor was the best thing that Wendy’s has done. I don’t even mind paying almost $ 2 for just a large drink because it is exactly what I want. Another plus is the key fob for $ 1. It gets you a free mini frosty all year long just for showing it. The staff is always friendly, but they never spell my name right. I always get a laugh at how it is spelled, even when I use my middle name, Marie.

Very friendly staff and quick service. I would go here on my lunch breaks and would be in and out within 4 minutes. I ordered the salads, baked potato and frostys at this location. No complaints whatsoever.

Incredibly slow service every time I have been to this location. There seems to be only 1 staff member working while the rest chitchat. Despite the person at the counter being incredibly polite it is still incredibly inconvenient.
My food has always been top notch, and the restaurant has always been clean, but the speed of the service is so detrimental I would recommend going anywhere else

We wanted sushi in the same plaza, but the kids were in a mood so we needed to eat in the car… so Wendy’s it was. The drive-​thru moved quickly, our order was correct, and the food was hot. What more could you ask for in a fast food place?
