We were looking for a new development that offers basement lots which are very hard to find in Cary. It took forever to get started to get the permits approved but once they broke grounds it was back on track. Ashley Osenga Royal Oaks agent was very professional super nice and helpful to every issues /​concerns that we had even when she was on maternity leave. Royal Oaks offers several plans for each location to choose from basement and non basement lots and a lot of upgrades to choose from .
