This is a great place if you like salads and soups. The salad bar is stocked with a great variety of fresh veggies and assortment of house made dressing. The soups change every month and normally have a seasonal flare to them. The also have small baked goods and pasta section which is great for kids. While the deserts section consists of some nice low calorie options so you don’t feel bad indulging a little bit. If you in the area or made a resolution to lose some holiday weight this is a good place to eat to help reach your goals.

Being big on soup and salad meals, I’m really glad that sweet tomatoes exists. I’ve been to their locations in many states and I suppose I’d say this one rates more or less the same, not counting this extremely rude cashier I always see here. Anyhow, the options are tasty, mostly nutritional, and dependable.

Salads are fresh and the place is a bit cleaner that it has been in the past. Selection is not as big as expected.

Wow! Really impressed. I don’t usually like buffets of any kind but this one is great. Its salad bar makes Jason’s Deli look like a «one trick pony.» Lots of options for those of us eating very little or no meat. Will definitely be back.

I love the fresh look of this Sweet Tomatoes. It was renovated maybe 1 – 2 years ago and the market look, mason jars, and fresh food displays are a nice addition that created a very open and inviting dining experience. The gingham checker, white plates that actually look like real plates, and the fancy soda machine with real glasses are a nice addition as well. You start in the salad line and can go on either side of the two-sided buffet. The featured salads area always first when you get your tray and plates and then the build-your-own-salad options are further down the line. You can then pick your beverage(soft drink, water, bottled drinks and I think I even saw wine and beer). The cash register is at the end and after you pay, you can sit in any of the booths or tables you would like. The soups are located in the main area and there are usually about 6 choices. There are muffins, pizza breads, and also a noodle station. For dessert, you have your choice of fruit(grapes, oranges, pudding) or the soft-serve machine with fun toppings like oreos, sprinkles or granola. The prices are very reasonable and come out to be about $ 10 – 12 per person. You can sign up for the newsletter to get emails with coupons or just google coupons and you can pull it up on your phone at checkout to save a few dollars. The staff buses the tables and clears your trays and you are on your own to get as many plates and bowls and drinks refills as you like. If you are a meat-eater, this is not really the place and more to get your salad and soup fix with lots of carb choices at the pasta and bread station.

Always enjoy this restaurant. This time the kitchen cooked up some gluten free pasta for my wife. Enjoyed it.

I really like this chain. I wish we had them in Ohio. I found this particular restaurant to be very comparable to the other Sweet Tomatoes restaurants we have been in — great salads, great soups, great bakery items. I have never found any of the Sweet Tomatoes restaurants I’ve visited to be quite as good as the Souplantation in Marina del Rey, CA, though, so that is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. But I still enjoyed my meal here very much.

Just love this restaurant. Salad bar is always fresh and their tomatoes definitely are sweet. Excellent lemonade and tea as well. Usually, I don’t visit the Hot bar, but I did on this trip, and enjoyed three varieties of foccacia bread. Great experience.

Sweet Tomatoes what happened to you? This was one of my favorite places for family dinner, but not any more. Today the plates and silverware were disgustingly dirty and the cups smelled awful. Everything felt sticky. Fresh salad is good, but not in a dirty environment.

The vegetables on the salad bar are fresh. My favorites are the choices of soups and the baked potatoes with all of the fixings. Not a big fan of the flat breads or muffins, but they seem to be a favorite for kids. The soft serve is a good, but I’m always too full to enjoy it. The layout of the dining area is nice with plenty of seating. There are many drink choices with the Coca cola freestyle machine. I prefer the strawberry lemonade on tap with lots of ice. My visits here are not often at all. maybe twice a year because I normally leave thinking maybe I should of tried something else.

We’ve been to many Sweet Tomatoes restaurants in various states and we were excited when we found out there was one close to us. However, we were disappointed in the quality. Some of the salads and hot food were bland. For example the Mac and cheese & Cesar salad were disappointing. We will try the Raleigh location next.

Great spread, I love that they have so many variations on salads, dressings, toppings followed by different choices of soup, pasta, breads and oh yeah, desserts. Their beacon clam chowder is delicious and the house Italian creamy ranch amazing.

The salad fixings are fresh and delicious, the soup bar is varied and good. If you choose the side of grilled chicken for your salad go for two pieces, one is only 1⁄3 of a chicken breast. *** Skip the macaroni and cheese it taste like flavored preservatives. I keep trying it and I am always disappointed.

What I like about sweet tomatoes is the healthy food options such as salad, soups and pasta. What I am not too crazy about is the crowds at this location. Seems like it’s always quite the zoo. So not great for a quaint dining experience.

It was ok. Probably won’t be back for a while. Salad was soggy and brown. Tasteless. No metal silverware. Made me use flimsy plastic ware. And no one came to check on me.

Great spot for filling up on salad and soup. Family friendly with discounted prices for kids and seniors. Lengthy salad bar and fresh. Chicken noodle soup was really good with lots of noodles. Pasta bar is limited as well as the dessert section but worth coming for the salad and variety of soups. They had gluten free muffins that were amazing! Chocolate pudding is creamy. Fresh apples on dessert bar. When it’s busy, they tend to run low on some items. I waited an hour for sweet potatoes to be replenished but no luck.
