This place is horrible, way too high priced, tanning packets not enough to cover body, girl working there not very knowledgeable about the tanning lotions and I complained and the girl was basically like «whatever“the tanning bed itself was supposed to be top of the line .NOT! Very disappointed. i also got no color at all from the tan!

Great place to tan! Extremely clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. The lotion comments on the other posts are ridiculous. Bring your own lotion if you don’t want to buy it theirs. They don’t force you to buy theirs. However you get what ya pay for… just sayin!

Worst experience ever! The manager had so much attitude a few months ago so I decided to cancel. I joined a gym with tanning so there was no point for the two memberships. She was disgusted by the fact that I would take advantage of the one at the gym. She made me fill out a 30 or 60 day notice to cancel and I was even annoyed with still having to pay because of the poor service but went a head because she was such a headache to deal with. Months later I am still getting charged. I called and she has no paperwork and offered to do a 30 day cancel now? Really??? Haven’t been there in months. Continued to get the poor customer service and attitude and didn’t offer to credit anything back. I can believe a business can get away with such fraud!

I really enjoy this tanning salon. I have been to many in the area and this is by far the best. The whole place is very clean and they all are very friendly. By far THE BEST SPRAY TAN! I have had many spray tans at many different places and this spray tan is by far the best, it is very even and the tone always turns out perfectly!

I really like this place. The beds are great! I’ve been to several tanning salons in the area and the beds are by far the best here. The place is clean too and the employees are friendly and helpful. I didn’t buy lotion here, because I know tanning lotion is ALWAYS expensive if you get the good stuff at the tanning place. Definitely not just this place. But a bottle usually lasts long, so it isn’t that big of a deal. I can go through a bottle of regular lotion at home in a week or two, but tanning lotion lasts me months. So it makes sense to invest in the better stuff. Or get it from a reputable place online. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this place.

I too find their lotions INSANELY over priced. I was looking fora regular lotion without a bronzer. The lady behind the counter brought me to the wall of lotions and immediately pointed out one that was $ 80! Eight-zero! This seemed incredibly expensive for a standard lotion with no bronzer. They only had one other option on the wall and it wad the same price. The lady suggested I purchase a single packet because their «2014» lotions were coming in the next week. OK, sure. Wait it’s $ 10 for a packet? Yeah no thanks. While she was fumbling around the singles, on the checkout counter guess what I found! A $ 35 bottle of bronzer free lotion! Sold. But why didn’t she tell me about it? One would wonder…
Besides the lotion issues, I find it clean and nice looking. They have XM radios in all the rooms. But the rooms I’ve used so far, the volume button doesn’t work on any of the radios! Good thing it’s only a 20 minute bed. Pretty boring with no music!

Key West Tan is a cute little shop, well designed and clean. However, their lotion is way over priced. I found the owner to be rude and disinterested with me a new customer. You are much better off going out of town to tan.
BTW Ann L.‘s review was obviously a friend of the owner. The owner called me on that exact day (as her review) to complain about my review that I posted on Unilocal.I was a little off put by the voice message as I really did not receive an apology but instead an explanation that I never really met the owner…
