I purchased the shirt as a gift on Cyber Monday — it arrived stained. I took it back to my local GG store, only to find it out of stock, so they were going to send me a replacement. Cool. Except that the replacement arrived even more stained… I called to see if they could ship me a new one, but they said since it came from a store it has to go back to a store… guess I don’t have enough to do with the holidays. NOW I HAVETOSQUEEZEINANOTHERTRIPTOTHESTORETOFIXTHEIRMISTAKE. Don’t they have to look at their merchandise before sending? It was a huge black mark on a white shirt!

They have a decent selection of clubs but customer service is terrible. I was there for nearly 30 minutes and not one time was I acknowledged.

As everyone states, They have all the equipment and the apparel deals are normally pretty good… But they have lost my business!!! Went in to get fitted for some new Ping Irons… Saw Jeff Wu /Wi /whatever. asked if he could help me… he was very eager but thats only because he thought I was his appointment… so I found out later. He did all the normal stuff to fit someone, and along the way I am inquisitive… Its my money I am spending, I have that right. He became very defensive when i asked him about my specific color code and why he did not have that as a sample. I was told if you don’t like how I am fitting you, go to Phoenix where they have all the proper fitting equipment. To say the least, the conversation went downhill from there. I am a 15 handicap player and tried to be as truthful as i could with him about my normal tendencies, but i find it very offensive for a so called«Pro«to tell me take it to Phoenix if you don’t like how I am helping you! Then our time together quickly dissolved as his real appointment had arrived and he figured out i was just a nobody i guess from the street. You know what… There are way too many other golf companies that would like my business and whom probably would treat me with some respect, so Mr Wi /Wu /Whatever… Peace Out… I won’t come back till your gone or apologize for being an ass either one! When it comes to golf equipment, if they make it, golf galaxy has it. There is also a great selection of apparel here and you can often find top items marked down. Staff is very helpful and the pro, Jeff, is solid. The only reason I’m leaving 1 star on the table is because their kids(5 – 8 yrs old) apparel, equipment and accessories. Selections are way too light… even online(which is interactive with the store btw — a huge benefit) Overall I appreciate coming here… often(according to my wife… too often!)

Had great sales going on– alot of additional 50% off clearance items. My fiancé bought gloves, shorts, a shirt, and shoes for really cheap. I bought a Right Handed glove and a really cute golf tee caddy with ball markers. They do custom fittings and lessons too I think? I saw a section that said«Lessons». And the custom fitting area looked cool. I can’t say much on the selection of clubs because I don’t know much about them like what’s good and what’s not.
