my wife called them to schedule a doctor appointment for my 2 yo daughter and even though their website showed that they accept united healthcare, they gave attitude on the phone and we did not even understand why they were weird about it. It was a simple question that do you accept united healthcare? yes or no. They said they don’t know if they can accept and said they need to see the insurance card even though my wife read all the numbers and details on it. Say yes or no. If not, update your website. we will not come to your office and wait for you to decide if you accept our insurance. Since they were unable to handle yes/​no question on the phone, i am not sure if they could provide good service anyway.

I’m surprised there aren’t more (very positive) reviews of this dr office. I wish I had found them sooner, I am so happy with this office. I have seen 2 doctors and one nurse practitioner here and have loved all three. Most recently, my daughter has been battling a rough sickness and we have had to bring her in a couple times without appointment — they just said they would squeeze her in. Well, they squeezed her in right away despite being busy and we had the dr’s full attention — he wasn’t rushed or anything. Completely dedicated to figuring out what was going on with her, and so warm towards us. Never a long wait, 8am walk in for sick kids in the morning, get you in right away, smart and kind doctors — I don’t know what else you could want.

My daughter has been a patient there since she was born never had a problem. Doctors, nurses and desk people always very nice. We move out of state for work reasons and i request my daughter medical records a about a month ago to be tranfer to her new doctor office. I just got off the phone with a very rude lady who didn’t even give me a name. She had a nasty attitude. I request it someone else to help me. And she said no that she was the only one. Well back to the records they are now just sending them out (like I said before I request them a month ago!) horrible horrible assistance.

We have been using Cary Pediatric Center, and the surrounding offices such as the Fuquay-​Varina location for nearly two decades. We have thrown the teams there several curve balls ranging from rare gastric disorders to the common cold /​flu. I recommend any parent or parent-​to-​be review their web site, facilities and consider them for their services.

Great Drs! Office staff is pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice to any parent.
