I purchased a new phone at this Best Buy Mobile site and the Best Buy associate that assisted me reconfigured my entire Family Share plan without my knowledge. It has taken me two days to rectify the issue… all to set my plan back in order and not be charged an additional $ 100 (including service fees, taxes and surcharges) on my next monthly bill.
I would definitely not recommend this vendor to anyone. From now on, I will definitely stick with brand-​name service vendors — they may be pricey, but at least I know what I’m getting.
