I come here fairly often to get dog food, with decent prices and selection for the brands mine favor. The shopkeeper is always very friendly and helpful! I do wish they’d have a wider assortment of toys and treats.

Wonderful place. The shopkeeper is fantastic! They carry high quality products and really care about your pet. I love the fact they have top notch food, toys, treats for parrots. This is a special place and I always feel good about shopping here vs at a big chain per store. The prices are good and so is the selection. Dont miss out on Animall !

I was there with my children over the weekend and the woman at the check out didn’t acknowledge our presence nor greet us. I had a little girl who had to, use the restroom and I went to the open door that read «restroom» and started to proceed in there. The woman whom, didn’t acknowledge us at all came barreling through us and slammed the door in my face (no joke) and told me «you have to use the public restroom.» Okay, I’m not sure why this woman was even working the public as she was awful. Needless to say we left without adopting. I was fuming mad but had my children with me so couldn’t ask to her manager. She may of very well been the manager as she was older. It wasn’t the point of not being able to use the restroom (even though it was marked restroom) but the way this woman clearly couldn’t stand anyone being in her store. We ended up adopting at pet smart where we actually were treated like civilized human beings.

Animall has become a great resource for our family’s pet needs. From reasonably priced supplies to special classes and events, they always deliver for us. It is also nice that they have a parking lot entrance so you can bring your pet directly into the store instead of thru the mall. Also, it is great that they have found a clean and convenient format for displaying/​housing adoption pets so that they feel at home and that allows potential adopters to spend time with the animal outside of its cage. Kudos for Animall in developing this concept beyond their original store at the old morrisville outlets.

I’m glad I found this non-​profit pet supply store. Not only do they have great products for your loved ones at home, but they also team with with adoption and foster agencies to help find homes for new furry friends. The staff is extremely friendly and was willing to order in any items we couldn’t find at their location. I highly recommend that if you are shopping at a Petco or Petsmart for your pets, consider switching to a local company that really cares about animals and their customers.

I really like the Animall Store. I love to support the people who run the place and their efforts to facilitate adoptions. We buy our Golden’s no grain food their and find it very competively priced. We have also bought a new collar and leash there and were very impressed that both we made in USA (New Hampshire actually) and were very well made, great designs and priced well. I loved the cat that hangs out there.
My husband and I attended a Golden Retriever Rescue event and wow the Neuse River Group is wonderful. It is tough to hear some of those dogs stories.
One other item that I am not sure everyone understands — this is a not for profit store so of course it won’t be stocked like a PETCO etc…

What a fun store. It’s an easy stop when you’re in the mall and looking for something for the pet-​lover. Animall seems to have guinea pigs and cats available for adoption all the time, and then at certain times, dogs and rabbits. There’s a store cat that hangs out by the register ignoring people as they pay for their goodies.
The rabbits and guinea pigs don’t seem to last long, as there’s usually an «adoption pending» sign within a short time. The big open space near the front of the store, during adoption events, usually has a large open top cage for the dogs.
Like Kristen said in her review, there’s a lot of space here, and not a lot of product. But, what they do carry, at least in the non-​food items, is a little different than what you’ll find in the big box stores. The mugs and picture frames, for example, are adorable.
If you’re in the mall, this is a place worth visiting to pick up a small toy for your four-​legged friend or a gift for yourself. And if you don’t have a furry friend, you can adopt one here. Animall makes it easy to shop, find a furry friend, and stock the house with the required pet accoutrement. And if you don’t want to adopt, it’s nice knowing the proceeds from any sale here goes to various pet shelters in the area.

Was here this weekend for an adoption event — which they have tons of! Check out their calendar — they are always having different rescues in the area bring their dogs up for adoption on the weekends.
This is a pretty big store but found that their selection was just okay — there was a lot of bare space. They do have some pretty cool dog toys that I haven’t seen before — which is a nice break from the typical toys.
They have an okay selection of dog food — great no grain selection.
They have kittens, hampsters, and guinea pigs there for purchase but a pretty small amount of actual supplies.
I will definitely be back for more events and to get my favorite no grain brand… but I probably wouldn’t go here for supplies.
