Dr. Lopez has been my family’s optometrist for three years and I cannot vouch for a better clinician. The staff is very friendly and the check-in service is quick and always prepared — minimal to no paperwork needed in between annual check-ups. At my last annual check, the check-in staff already had my insurance and history pre-printed. The wait time to see Dr. Lopez is very minimal. Her exams are very thorough.
My only observation on my latest visit to the office is that the assistants that fit for frames were scarce and with the amount of weekend traffic, it was disappointing to have to wait almost 45 minutes after the actual examination to be fitted. But, the frame fitting was very in-depth and the assistant was very knowledgeable of the lenses and frames.

For those that need an eye exam, this Dr. is tops. You know how you have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, I got in the next day.
The staff is excellent and friendly.
I was impressed by Dr. Lopez way she conducted the exam. She did not rush in anyway her procedures. The lens flips were not fast (when they change to another lens to see if you have better definition). I have been to a few that are in a race to finish, Dr. Lopez takes her time and makes sure the lens you choose is the correct one for your prescription.
Her office is located in Crescent Commons Shopping Center off Tryon Rd.
