The Forestore

This store has some of the most random items, but you can’t help but smile at the collection of stuff. Native American Dolls… check. Great Lake Model Ships… check. Replica Samurai Sword… er…check!
The old man who runs the place is such a sweet man! Always has polish radio on while he talks to all of his customers as if they were his own kids.
No matter what you buy, he always gives you a candy bar (full size! sometimes a small comb gets thrown in as well) in a small paper bag and says «Here’s one for the road!»!! My Dad often stops in, buys a random item just to see what his item for the road will be!
If you are taking a day trip in the thumb, it is a good spot to get out and stretch, buy a bottle of water or trinket for the kids!
Outside the shop in the front, there is a post that has «xxxx miles to London» etc, it is pretty fun to see too!
