I’ve been coming here for 2 years now, very happy especially now that they dropped their prices so that they can compete with red box. Staff is really friendly.

I’m glad they opened this place because once BlockBuster dominated Carson and everyone became corporate consumers, all the Mom & Pop rental places shut down.
Price — Cheap. Way cheaper than BlockBuster
Due Dates — Pretty decent. I think at least 2 days for new releases. Did you really need to keep a DVD for 5 days?
Selection — Great. Faster than Netflix. I love Netflix but when it comes to new releases the wait is forever.
Customer Service — Everyone is friendly. I have been a member for 2 years and I’ve never come across anyone who was mean or uptight

«Now On DVD» is actually a MOVIE RENTAL PLACE like Blockbuster, but it’s actually not a chain. I love this place because you can rent and also buy some movies. It is run by these Asian folks that are cool as hell. They have a cool variety of movies you can rent, you can even rent some ASIAN MOVIES ASWELL!
POSITIVES:
–Pretty cool parking lot.
–Great customer service.
–Nice, clean and organized place.
–XXX section for all you pervs! HAHAHHAA!
–They also sell some CHEAP popcorn packs if you wanna eat popcorn while watching the movie you rented.
NEGATIVES:
–With all the Asian movies they have, I’m surprised that they don’t have «Battle Royale» or the REAL KOREAN version of «My Sassy Girl».
–They need to start getting more BLU-​RAY discs and more VIDEO GAMES.
–I don’t like the fact that Blockbuster closes LATER than «Now On DVD», because that means it leaves me no choice but to go rent at Blockbuster.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
–There are a lot more cool secrets about this place, but you will have to find out yourself! hahaha! (no, it’s not a secret massage parlor! hahaha)
–This is THE BEST NON-​CHAIN video rental place in Carson… reminds me of a better version of the old Triple 7 Video (R.I.P., now Pizza Patron took over), but bigger!
–A few miles down, «M’s VIDEO» SUCKS… I hate that place! I used to work there with one of the old owners and they ripped me off back then!
