Moving kinda slow lyke they dont have people waitin on they food but other than tha restaurant was clean and tidy

i’ve been there last night walk in to the store wait about five minutes because no one was on the front and then the guy came to my face and told me you’re ready? sounds like I OWE HIM MONEY!!! and it looks like the guy is really tired of his job, his doing me a favor to taking my order!!!(((WORST customer service ever low class actually no class never again!!! TRASH place

Sooo… I normally have NO COMPLAINTS with this location, so this review is ONLY for my order today. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl, I get home anxious and hungry to eat and I take a spoonful and the rice is mush… GROSS…I mean the whole bowl is MUSH, rice has been over cooked with way to much water. I’m Not happy and they need to train ALL cooks on how to cook rice.

There’s not a whole lot to say about this location. It’s right off of the freeway off-​ramp so it makes for a very quick and easy rest stop to get some food and stretch out your legs. The area looks a little on ghetto side so I’d take the drive-​thru after dark.
Food = average (as expected)
Seating area = clean
Service = average
Restroom = so-​so, but tagging and dirty sink.

I LOVE JACK IN THE BOX i really wish they would bring back the spicy nuggets man i miss those. Ive came to this location mostly at nite and always got fast service and the food has always been fresh… That $ 6 munchie meal is worth its especially when your drunk haha

Drive thru is pretty fast, I love that.
The accuracy of them making the orders right is perfect never had an issue, which is great.

I used to love coming here now I’m scarred the new employees they hired will spit in my food. Last week I came to get my Oreo cookie shake around 1130. I asked for extra cookies, extra cherries, and no whip Cream. The lady didn’t make it right the first time it was too watered down. I asked if I could get another and she gave me another one without the extra cookies. It wasn’t even that busy so I don’t understand why she didn’t just take her time to make it right the first time. I asked for my money back and she have it to me. As I was leaving I said I will be back tomorrow I hope the shake is better. An heavyset lady said with an attitude what did u say I can’t hear you! So I went up to the register and told her I will be back tomorrow I hope the shake is better. So I come in today and asked for the same thing and just a order of chicken nuggets. With ranch and BBQ sauce. She paused over the intercom i am guessing she knew it was me again and when I got to the drive through the heavyset girl and a tomboyish girl were chuckling. After she handed me my food I looked in my bag and checked my drink to make sure it was good. The heavyset lady said do you need something? And I said I’m just checking to make sure my stuff is right. She said something real quick with smirk on her face an closed the window. That was when I knew these girls probably did something to my shake or food and I had to do a review on them. It’s sad because these people need their jobs but they don’t have customer service skills at all. Hopefully the management will be careful what kind of people they hire and not just anyone who will work for less pay.

I don’t have a great deal to say about Jacques en les Boux that hasn’t been said. Ultimate cheeseburger never lets me down when I’m willing to take on the extra calories. Those eggrolls dipped in buttermilk sauce is a guilty pleasure dating back to high school. I could eat a grip of those tacos. Those are my go tos.
Really this review is for this particular location. They seem to want to go the extra mile and make it personal by calling out your name, not a number. Seems the staff was briefed in cordiality, and it’s not bad for a J in the B. They often ask how you’re doing and seem to want to know about your Jack-​sperience that day. It’s almost like they really do care! A lot more than other locations I’ve been to for sure.
I don’t frequent Jack a lot these days. Not much for fast food since I started taking my body back from the fat monster. If I do fast food on a pig out day, it’s either this or Del Taco. Well, OK, In ‘N’ Out, but that’s different. Jack is like the cartoon food factory. All things that speak to your inner gobble goose. When I need that, I come here. More often than not this occasion is when I’m drunk.

This Jack&Box is the best. Always clean, employees are courteous, fast and the food is always fresh. My daughter goes every morning for a #25 no egg and add mayo.

The food was good, but the staff that was working was wayyyyy off. The woman messed up and gave me a sprite at first instead of my Diet Coke. Then, she messed up and gave me a Chocoalte milkshake instead of a Oreo milkshake. The real surprising thing is that she realzed she made the mistake but then just gave me the milkshake anyways and just hoped I didn’t notice. Finally, the drive-​thru worker had the window open and was yelling into the microphone to customers behind us while we were sitting there. Just a little frustrating, but the food was good and I got a free milkshake out of it.

Why is bad food so good? I can’t stay away from those tacos with plastic cheese. I’d buy that for a dollar!
