This place gets a 2 star from me because of the horrible phone operator they have for the service department. She was seriously obnoxious and really need to get it together and cut the attitude, if you don’t know and don’t want to misinform anyone then maybe you should transfer the customer to someone who can actually assist your customers.
Only reason why they got a two star from me was because Patty was very helpful and she was knowledgeable about what was going on with my car and didn’t consistently say I don’t know.
I’m just upset I didn’t get that persons name of the I knowledgeable customer service who answered the phone.
