In the Checkout Lane at the Grocery Store, I complimented a stranger’s hair & she referred me to Theresa.
See, giving compliments DOES pay off… :)
5 minutes into my appointment, I could tell she knew what she was doing; she was quick to listen, ask questions, and repeat her ideas to confirm we were on the same page…
