I had recently brought in a shirt to be cleaned. I requested that the shirt be available by 11am a couple days later. The lady working the counter said that it wasn’t a problem and wrote on the ticket «pick up at 10am» for the requested day.
I showed up at 11am on the scheduled day. Lights were off, door was locked, and no hours were posted. Called their posted phone number and no hours of operation were stated. Waited around until 11:30. Nothing.
Thank you Carson Valley cleaners. I had to go out and buy a new shirt for my meeting as well as waste my time, gas and energy.

I stopped the owner and asked why he was parked in the handycap parking in front of his store and his response was confrontational. He chased me back to my car telling me that «YOU DON’T WANT ANY OF THIS» and «THIS IS NOT ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS GET OUT OF HEAR». I am not sure what KIND of problem he has is but I felt threatened. My Mother is disabled and I will always ask why an individual is parked in a handicap spot ILLEGALLY!

I’ve used CV Cleaners for several years now. Never disappointed. They have very good pricing and I appreciate the great service. They are very customer focused and offer some nice options, like pressed & folded shirts for traveling. Nice folks who care about their customers.
